The carrots were glazed perfectly and were a good compliment to the richness of the duck. The potatoes were the weakest part of the dish. I expected more flavor. There was no accent of chives or perhaps some creme fraiche to provide a herbaceous accent and/or acid to cut through the richness of the dish. They were placed in the plate from a disher so it looked a bit cheap on the plate. The wine was a Le Volte dell'Ornellaia red which was well balanced and very approachable. Not heavy on tannins. Overall an exceptional meal for $75. I would recommend it!
