It's close to the Key West Bight Marina, harbor walk, the docks, and the ferry and bus terminal. The service is excellent. Employees are always nice there, very friendly and professional. When it was time to pay, I discovered the machine was credit card only. The self-checkout attendant canceled my transaction and told me to move to the other cash lane. That meant I had to unbag all of my groceries and rescan every single item. It was a frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience. I suggested that the misleading "Cash" sign be removed from the machine, but she replied that people sometimes pay with credit cards. That completely misses the point. If a register is marked as a cash lane, customers should be able to pay with cash. Clear and accurate signage is important and could have prevented this entire situation.
