While service was great, there were a few problems. We were seated quickly and our orders were placed within a few minutes, but the food took considerably long to come out. People who came after us got their food first. We both ordered a Caesar salad and my salad had so much brown lettuce and it was completely drenched in dressing, with only three small croutons on top. The pasta dishes that we ordered lacked flavor. There was a lot of sauce, but not much flavor. I ordered my pasta with chicken and it came with only three or four 1" pieces of chicken. For four dollars, that was insane. Our server brought me out extra chicken per my request, at no charge. She was great, but the food was so mediocre for the price. read more

Have been here many times before and called to get reservations and was told they took no reservations and we could just walk in. On reaching there a lot of tables were available but they didn't give it saying those were reserved and were outright rude. Wanted to support then during these tough times but seems like they forgot the basics of customer service. read more

If I had my own restaurants I would snatch her away for myself. The food was hot, it came out fast and it was delicious. I absolutely love this place. Every time I come here it's amazing. The waiters are very well dressed, sharp looking, fancy, and the definition of mature. Their friendly and always on time with everything I love going to fancy restaurants where I feel like I am in a fancy city and here I feel like I'm in Italy! There's plenty of amazing food on the menu. The food i get is amazing I highly recommend the lasagna and the pizza honestly. Those are my two favorite meals here. But you also have to get the Cesar salad with your meal that's a must as wellAnd don't get me started on the tiramisu!! Best dessert of my life every time I come here we HAVE to get it. Before last Thursday, I would have given this restaurant at least four stars and possibly five. I had a very bad experience there on Thursday. It wasn't the food quality or the drink quality. It was the service. The first thing that happened was the waitress totally ignored my friend when the 3 of us were ordering drinks. My friend was very offended and I don't blame her her. After that, the waitress never returned to take our food orders. We waited 45 minutes. We complained to the manager and none of us will return. The fact that the waitress ignored my friend, never apologized, and never came to take our food order was just too much to take. read more

My Boyfriend took me to Oliviana's for my Birthday because we have been before and it was great. Well, this time they had a limited menu (OK Covid) and did not have the mussels we usually get. He had the Chicken Marsala which he couldn't eat because it was tasteless and bland. I had the salmon which was better but the risotto seemed warmed up. Each visit, we ordered one meat and one pasta, and each time the pasta tasted like water and whatever meat in it was very bland. If you visit, I recommend the mussels and calamari as starters. Prices are reasonable, environment provides a unique ambiance-- Venue can accommodate an occasion dinner but also relaxed enough for casual wine night or impromptu dinner. Just had a terrible experience at Olivana's. Fist time visitors and they sat us on top of the kitchen even after reservations. They did move us, but we had to ask and it was an ordeal. Wine was good but the food was cold. Took 10 minutes for the inexperienced manager to show. What! Why not just warm the food . Why have the manager come over. Dang. By that time everything was cold. They did not charge us for the food , only our drinks, even after I insisted I would, this just added to the negative experience. I can not recommend the restaurant. read more

Came here on a spur of the moment Tuesday night once, which rarely happens because of work, so we were pleasantly surprised by the happy hour specials. The food was alright, but really nothing super special. I got the Mediterranean penne (I think that's the name) and it was alright, and my husband got a pizza with a bunch of different meats. The beer selection was average to go along with the food, but at two for the price of one, that's alright. My husband got a well rum and Coke (another happy hour special for well drinks). We weren't hugely impressed with the food, however. Service seemed rather slow considering there was hardly anyone else in there at the time. I'm not sure we'll be back. I used to go here all the time. The food is FANTASTIC. Everything I have ordered tasted phenomenal. Service is all right. I do like the fact that the waiters and waitresses aren't hovering over me like hawks like other restaurants, but when I needed a refill or wanted to order, I waited awhile. Serving sizes are generous. I always need a to-go box. As for dessert, their cannolis are meh. I've had better. Their tiramisu wasn't good.
