Started out great girl at the counter was great. Till I took my son to the bathroom as we were waiting for a gentleman to get out of the rest room. We seen about 4 steps that said exit and led to a roof top so we walked up to kill a minute till the gentleman got out. When a man with a hard accent comes out and says I heard noise going up my steps he proceeds to tell me to stay out his kitchen I tell him we are not in your kitchen this is the restroom area correct. He trew a couple more smart remarks. I just paid over 45$ to eat here and then I find out this is the owner. I already looked past all the bs I heard about this place and tried to give them a try. I somely regret it. That will be a hour of my life I'll never get back for a person with a business that don't appreciate the ppl that keep them in business read more

Stopped in here on our way to the airport at the close of our Berkshire vacation (Hubby wanted to dip down into Rhode Island to squeeze in one more state). We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak, Woonsocket Burger, Personal Pizza and Chicken Tenders. The whole family was very pleased! Nice little place, staff was friendly & accommodating. We asked about the "dynamite sauce" and the gentleman behind the counter told us all about it and how unique it is to the town. Staff consistently have poor attitudes. Generally always unfriendly. Last straw was when we got Bacon bits on our pizza instead of ground hamburger. When we called to complain the owner said it was real meat and wouldn't do anything for us. On top of it all, they only watch FOX news. Ugh! read more

I have never written a bad review, especially for a local private owned business because I know how hard it is to be a local mom and pop shop. BUT this was the worst experience I have ever had. I used to love Olly's. They renovated, started a new menu and I think they messed with the formula a little too much. Ordered a small calzone a large Italian grinder and what I thought was a large four cheese pizza that they call the "Titanic Four cheese". I can tell you the only thing Titanic about this pizza is the price! I ordered it with extra mozzarella and ricotta. First of all when I got it I thought they brought the wrong pizza. It looked like one of the small cheese pizza's that some shops throw in for free when you order over a certain amount. There was certainly no extra cheese but they sure charged me for it. I called because I thought it was the wrong pizza. I was told, no, that is what you ordered. Never again! $14.20 for a small cheese pizza. PLUS they charged me $4.00 for delivery because I live "out of town" I love in North Smithfield literally two streets away and 3 miles distance. And another dollar for using my debit card to pay. Refusing to cook hamburgers medium rare, or rare, is a policy, however, it is not against the law to do so. Do not lie to your customers. Also, the owner refused to say what "school" he claimed to have gone, so I assume that was a lie, as well. Just be honest. Olly's has great variety and outstanding quality and customer service. Their staff really go the extra mile and they are very accommodating. Ordering off their website is easy and there are options for everything. The food is fresh and tasty. The menu has a lot of options from sandwiches, Italian dishes, salads and even a couple of Greek specialties like grape leaves and their delicious spanikopita. And they even have a great selection of desserts (their cookies are huge and delicious and the lemoncello cake is decadent). I love their Caprese salad and their salads in general. Their pizzas, calzones and hot sandwiches and dinners arrive hot and yummy. I love that they have an individual-sized pizza- 4 little pieces is just perfect. Pasta portions are huge and everything is delicious- I've tried it all! They have FANTASTIC specials that include a sub, pizza or calzone, a drink and chips for a low price as well as larger package deals for a group. Their specialty sandwiches automatically come with your choice of pasta salad (my favorite), potato salad or fries, and they give you a ton. Their drivers are great- friendly and fast and the whole staff aim to please. Prices are compatible with the area especially when you consider the quality and what you get. One of my favorite pizza joints in the area. I like the diversity of the menu. Mozzarella sticks are my favorite.

The best way to describe their pizza is: It's pizza. Its not great but its also not bad either and is reasonably priced. They have a variety of other menu items as well. So give it shot if you are looking for pizza in Woonsocket. read more

Good food, service used to be better and the area is hell to get out of when busy. The pizza and other food is some of the best around but the last time i was there there was a child no more than 12 years old taking my order. Besides that being highly illegal, i also felt uncomfortable with a child ringing me up and accurately taking my order. I have only been here for lunch. Every time I have stopped by the staff has been nice and welcoming. I would say I have lunch here at least once a week. They are fast and the sandwiches are good. The sergeant peppercorn sandwich was very flavorful. The pasta salad that you can get as a side is also very good. NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered a pizza and an appetizer for delivery. They told me 30 mins. After an hour I called they said its on its way. After another 20 mins I called back and they said oh it'll be there in 15 mins. It took over an hour and a half to get my food and the people on the phone acted like i was crazy for being upset about it. Unbelievable. They will never get my business again. read more

Words cannot express how amazing the staff at Olly's pizza is!! I ordered for the first time today. I ordered online, and the app gave me a pick up time. Clearly there was some delay due to technology, not to mention I had no idea their lunch hour was so busy! When I arrived, the very patient man behind the counter let me know they had only just recevived the order, and that it would be several minutes. I was on my lunch break and had to head back for a meeting. I wasnt able to wait, and the man kindly offered to make a fresh pie for me when I was able to return. On my way back to my school, I got a message saying my meeting was cancelled. I felt awful that the pizza they had been making was going to go to waste, so I called back right away and asked if they could hold it for me to come back and pick up. The man who answered the phone said that he had been planning to call ME and offer me a gift card, because I hadn't been able to get my order as planned. I was floored! He also said that if I could come back and he would have a fresh pie waiting for me. I insisted he didn't need to do that, but he said the one that was originally in the oven wouldn't be any good. I returned to the shop, the pizza was hot and waiting for me. I really wish I had caught the mans name. He was SO kind! He said that he knows teachers only get 30 minutes for lunch, and that if I call next time and let him know, he'd make sure to get it done first thing! Honestly, who does that!? I honestly felt it was my mistake for ordering on such a tight time schedule and not being able to wait. The staff at Olly's went above and beyond!! And, honestly, their pizza, OMG!!! The BEST pizza I have had in a VERY long time! I got the Bill and Ted's. It was the prefect size for me (I had some for lunch and some for a snack later!) the crust was perfectly crisp, the creamy cheese was so delicious, the toppings were fresh. So, SOOOO good!! Horrible place!!!!! Ordered a "small" buffalo chicken salad for $7 and it turned out to be the most horrible and smallest salad I have ever seen. It was basically a child size with 2 cucumbers and 2 slices of tomato. I called and complained and the owner or supervisor or whoever he was was very unapologetic and sucked at customer service. He refunded me the money but took his tiny salad back. I hope some 4 year old enjoys it. Horrible place, horrible customer service. Save your money and stay away!!!!! read more

A small town pizza shop that makes everything from scratch including their pasta sauce. They add slices of pepperoni which makes it flavorful & rich. Had lasagna dinner & added 2 (highly recommended) meatballs for only $1.50 more - they were also homemade, tasty & baseball sized! So good! Beware it comes super saucy if you're not into that. My wife purchased a tuna wrap on July 16th and had it delivered to her place of business. She took the first bite and there was a band aid in it. The response to a call to Olly's was "Do you want another wrap or a refund". She replied I"m not paying for this. We"ll send the owner to look at it. The owner never came, but sent the delivery boy instead. He asked there is something in your wrap. When he saw what is was he went to his car for his phone to take a picture of it. Not once have we heard from the owner with and sort of I"m sorry this happened or an apology. read more

I find it almost comical that they are wheelchair accessible yet the handicap parking spot is the farthest from the door and on a slant. Sure you can roll through the door but good luck getting out of your car and removing your chair from the trunk without injury. read more

I order from Olly's online, and love the ease of use. The pizza is good but their calzones are better! The meat sauce there is delicious! I love to simply dip garlic bread into it, and it's a meal in itself. The prices could be better, especially when you are having the food delivered because they charge a fee. This brings the tip down significantly so the drivers suffer. Also, there is an option to utilize coupon codes when ordering online but there are never any available. You get one when you register but why register when they never email any coupons? That would bring me back more often, but because their competitors offer both free delivery, and coupons I choose to go there! That saves me about $6. Times are tough, and we all need to save money where we can! SO all in all.... food is good but prices a bit steeper then other local pizza places. read more
