Great coffee, fast and friendly service. Not from here so the drive through coffee experience was pretty cool.

My wife and I have been drinking Chuck's (the owner of Olympic Crest) coffee since 1995 when he had the tiny drive-thru by what is now the roundabout on Lacey Blvd and Pacific. He has put his time in and knows coffee. We were excited when he started roasting his own beans. The quality of his roasted coffee is excellent, and his decaf is some of the best we have ever tried. We are coffee snobs and frequently try coffee from around the country and world. Olympic Crest is always on par with other highly rated and nationally known roasters. At home, we use a la Pavoni Europiccola. The OC coffee pulls perfect shots that toast full and rich. We don't go inside often, but when we do, it is a nice atmosphere to sit around and talk while enjoying our coffee. The staff inside are always gracious and friendly and get to know us by our first names. All of the food we have tried has been excellent from the breakfast burritos to the soup and sandwiches. Olympic Crest is our favorite coffee place in the area. Chuck is dedicated to roasting excellent coffee and serving equally excellent drinks. read more

Olympic crest coffee roasters has good tasting espresso. I have ordered drinks as well as whole bean. I drink decaf and their decaf espresso drinks are very well balanced. I highly recommend. read more

Awesome little coffee shop with lots of seating and free wi-fi. Staff are friendly, they have gelato, food, and drive thru plus drinks are a lot cheaper compared to places like Starbucks. My 12oz hot chocolate was $1.75 versus $3 somewhere else. Only downside are their hours. Closes at 5pm on weekdays and on Sunday 3pm. Boo. read more

As someone who was a barista at an independent coffee roaster/cafè for 5 years, i can confidently say this is a top notch shop. I mean the service is fast and friendly. The quality and care is excellent and the beans are pretty good considering i dont normally like most beans. I would gladly recommend this shop. read more

Awesome coffee that has such an amazing roast that it stands on its own without the need for sweet flavorings or sugar. If it were only 30 minutes closer to me it would be my normal stop, but instead I just get it as a treat when I am down that direction. If you like quality roasted coffee you have to drop by and try this place out. My suggestion is a latte or breve with no flavoring so you get the full espresso taste!! read more

Love this place. Espresso with Dark chocolate and a little milk, SOOOO good, tastes like cafe cubana. Very relaxing atmosphere and comfy seats as well as tables for laptops. read more

My first time here this morning was wonderful great service and the coffee amazing that a brown sugar cinnamon and it was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. I normally go to Starbucks or Dutch brothers but this coffee was better than that! read more

I'm running errands this morning but the places I need to go don't open until 10. Figured I'd stop by here to grab a bite to eat. The Ham Melt was pretty good and since I'd already had so much coffee this morning, I didn't plan on getting any more caffeine. However the drug wins again. I broke down for a spiced chai and I gotta say, it's one of the best I've had out here. The decor is unique, the girls are sweet, and the music isn't typical coffee house nap time tunes. I'll certainly be coming back for a coffee when I don't already have the jitters. read more

Best coffee in the area! The only place that can get my Americano the way I like it, great prices, and friendly staff! I usually use the drive through but the inside feels so cool and laid back, so much more cozy than a Starbucks or one of the local "hipster" coffee joints. Their bagged whole bean coffee is the best around - seriously. It's super fresh roasted and doesn't get sour at the end of the bag. However, I've had to downgrade this from 5 stars because their customer service has taken a HUGE hit lately. They don't seem willing to listen to what you want anymore, but rather quick to make excuses as to why their drinks aren't going to be as good as somebody else's? Wow - believe me, on the off chance that I'm asking for something you don't have on the menu, if you listen to what I'm asking for, I assure you that this one will be better than the competitor. VERY few businesses like this in the world! I had forgotten my debit card and tried to stop the bariasta from making my order (bagel & cream cheese) but she said "just come back later to pay" and made my bagel anyway! I'm not a regular since I dont drink coffee - it has been 6-9 months since I was last in there. She had no reason to do that other than to be nice. Not only did this help me out a lot since I was running late for work and starving but it's actually smart business since I would of given them a good review anyway but I wouldn't of went out of my way to write the review like I'm doing now:) I also watched them give free coffee to a guy who was a regular. The staff was extremely friendly - they chatted politely with all the customers. I heard one of them even ask a customer about the flooring he just put in so they obviously listen and care about their customers a lot. From the outside, the building is easy to miss and parking, while always available, is tough due to the location but that is a minor issue. The inside is very roomy and there are cozy chairs and couches to relax in. There is also an outside patio and, despite what one reviewer said, the patio door is NOT open during cold/rainy weather. Their food selection is minimal and it actually has been reduced since last time I was there but what they do sell is high quality. Some of the stuff is prepackaged but its all from local bakeries. I got a pepperoni and tomatillo bagel with cream cheese and words can not describe how amazing it is(well, for a 'west coast' bagel. If your from the east coast, like me, than you'll probably be disappointed but its impossible to find a bagel out here that even compares to east coast so I've lowered my standards. trust me, I'm a bagel fanatic and eat 1-2 a day from various places)! It was prepackage too so I had my doubts but this might be my new fav bagel on this coast. She didn't skimp on the cream cheese either (take notice, Starbucks & Einstein!) All in all it was a great experience and I think I will become a regular after the service I just received! read more

First time trying their coffee today and I am impressed. Quite possibly the best white mocha I've ever had. I live close and will certainly return. Sort of a hidden gem that I've drove by thousands of times and never really noticed (or heard of) until recently. Also the drive through was very quick and the girl was nice. Years ago the staff was spot on! Customer service was a priority....sadly with new help arriving and others leaving they have missed the boat.....I went through drive thru and ordered an egg burrito...and mocha chiller and was the only one in line.....the burrito came(which usually takes longer than the drink) and as I saw cars coming behind me to the first order window getting their drinks I was surprised and then heard them talking about 'forgetting' my drink...rather than own it and apologize the girl giggled and said can you move up forward and we will bring it out to you.....well I said No...I was initially the only one in line arriving at 9:06 am and was told this at 9:21.....so I asked for my money back for the chiller and there was never a sincere apology......she just giggled.....how cute.....I won't be back and when I got to work someon offered to make a coffee run....well that experience cost them 4 drinks right there......if it hadn't been that I have repeatedly given them another shot...and our UPS driver used to be a regular too and had declining service I would go again.....but way too many times the service has been poor... read more

although i was impressed that the girl behind the counter knew what a macchiato was, my drink was a bubbly mess. although i did not order it to go, it was served to me in a half full paper cup. the owner was walking around and seemed not to care what his shop is serving. ill go back here someday if i feel like a crappy drink served by cute jail bate. read more
