I tried the Sumatra; a delicious dark roast and the Ethiopia blend; mild roast with low acidity (my personal favorite). I bought a bag of each plus got a bag of the Aviator blend to try. My father-in-law usually ships coffee (from Portland) to my husband because he's SO picky about coffee, so I was prepared for him to turn his nose up at this coffee too.
