Hello this Cheyne (pronounced like shane) for this particular dinner/restaurant located in Hesperia the food here is very well made the time taken to prep the food here is greatly efficient and well taken care of. For the times that I have been here the employees, chefs, and staff have been very polite and welcoming and we need that more in this world and in our lives. And for the ambience it is like your basic and relaxing dinner especially at night, with the dim bright lights on, you peering through the window out into the nightlife while enjoying your food. And so far as constructive criticism for this dinner If one of the employees, chefs, or staff are reading this, if you would kindly take into consideration for reading back orders and making sure you heard your customer correctly for it can be loud in the kitchen sometimes which is no one's fault for it is a kitchen. What a great experience! Great food! With nearly our entire band showing up at the same time, we didn't have to wait very long at all for our meal! The fish and chips special was delicious!!! I use to go here all the time in high school but it's just way too overpriced now seriously. I only ordered the chicken tender combo 15$ plus tax for three pieces of chicken, some fries, and a drink for that much ? Speaking of that the soda in that combo was freaking small. Out of the many times I have been there the drink was a standard cup size the cup that man gave me was for sure a kids cup, I tried to ask a worker there why they switched it to such a small size n she didn't know. Which is fine I'm not blaming the worker since it isn't her fault the prices went up so much I just think it's crazy to see. Also when I opened my box I didn't even receive the three tenders it was more like 2 1/2 pieces u can clearly see they cut it in half n just used one part. I'm really not sure why this place seems to get such a bad rep. I have been here 4 times now and my only complaints are that they rarely seem to have avacado and one time they got our order wrong. The inside is clean and appears to be well maintained. Customer service is average, not above and beyond but I've not had a negative experience yet. The drive thru needs some work. They can rarely hear anything through the speaker but if they're talking through the window and they don't bend down then I can't hear them lol. Now to the food... There's something about the french fries I can't put my finger on but it makes them addictive. Not so amazing that I have to go back and order more but addictive enough that I eat them faster than I realize and wish I had just a couple more. I usually order a double cheeseburger and add grilled onion and I've not been disappointed. My son loves the chicken nuggets and the kids burrito is huge! So if you haven't been or haven't been in awhile you should give them a try. read more

Thanks to the staff for remembering my name and order. They forgot to give me a side from my order. When I got home I noticed and called them. The lady said she would have it ready for me but I was too lazy to go back so asked if I could pick up the next day. She said yes. wow, im not sure what kind of babies have been leaving reviews on Olympic Flame Burgers but I felt the need to finally leave a review considering how much I love this place. My fam and I usually get similar orders each time we go: burgers, breakfast burritos (chorizo and egg is the best!), and menudo on the weekends. All of which are amazing. Their burgers are seasoned so well and their fries always have the perfect bite, they're also super affordable. The burritos are huge and so tasty, definitely ask for the salsa that comes with them, adds the perfect kick. The menudo is surprisingly so good from here, my mom always asks for the tortilla chips to go with the menudo, they make them good here as well! The only "downside" I see from this restaurant is that they do tend to take a minute while making your food, but that just means it's freshly made! definitely don't come while you're in a rush. The service ladies have always been nice as well. Maybe don't expect customer service workers to grovel at your feet and you'll probably have a better experience at any restaurant you visit :-) don't forget to be kind! read more

I use to go once a week. I love the dressing that they add to the burgers. I usually order through the drive thru, a junior burger with dressing & extra pickles (to them, this is three pickles instead of two. No problem, I'd add extra pickles at home) and an order of fried zucchini. The lady that works the drive thru doesn't ever seem happy to be there, but whatever. Not my family member, I only had to deal with her a few minutes of my time. I don't have to live with her. The last three times that I've ordered my usual, my burger has been wrong. I've had ketchup & pickles added to it. Ketchup & dressing with no pickles. Meat and bread only. Sent my son one more time to buy my usual. Not only did I receive a burger with no sauce and no pickles, he was charged for a regular burger with veggies and extra raw onions. I can handle anything on my burger except raw onions. Even removing them, I can still smell and taste the raw onions. Gross!! I asked my son what happened. He says he went through the drive thru and asked for the Jr. Burger with dressing and extra pickles only and a order of zucchini. The lady that spoke through the speaker had a strong accent. The old speaker also has lots of static. It was hard to understand what was being said. He could only presume she understood him. Apparently not. I don't understand why its so difficult to just add dressing and extra pickles to a jr. burger. I'm not even asking for service with a smile. Usually I'd give a restaurant 3 chances before I refuse to return ( unless its something extreme ). I gave Olympic Flame 4 chances. I'm over it! The burger is in my kitchen trash can and its now stinking up my kitchen with raw onions. read more
