The restaurant is located in an area that's not well-lit but as you enter the place, you are greeted with nose tickling authentic indian spices and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend the goat curry with the garlic and cheese naan. I also tried their fish curry and coconut chicken curry and they were all good but the goat curry is next level. All of their fishes come with a side of basmati rice. The chicken tikka masala, for some reason it comes a little too runny but the taste is spot on. The service is friendly and fast. Anyways, she had asked me to pay over the phone in which I asked if it was ok to pay cash when I got there. She said yes but failed to mention this would result in them not starting my food until I got there. I have a 25 min drive and waiter another 15 for my food to be done - only two chicken entrees and a cheese naan. I get to my car and check the order, they gave me one rice for two chicken orders?? Let's say they loaded the thing up even more to accommodate (which it definitely didn't seem like it) this is super inconvenient for two people eating separate meals. Never coming back. read more

This is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant. If you come here and don't try the butter chicken or the tikka masala, you're doing it wrong. Both are rich, flavorful, and consistently amazing. And the samosas? Unreal. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and impossible to eat just one. On top of the food, the staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I've been coming here for years now, mostly always had a great time, food is tasty, fresh and restaurant has always been clean. Today I decided to take the family out for my wife's birthday and I decided we would try to give local businesses our time and money, clearly I was wrong. During the ordering, I asked a hypothetical question about swapping the chicken in the chicken coconut curry to something like what is given in the tikka masala(some of their curries use white meat and others use thigh/leg) and the server reacted in an offended tone, I assured him it was just a question whether or not they'd be willing to accommodate that but I eventually gave up. Not enough to warrant a bad review in my opinion but things continued to sour. We found a label for some vegetables in our food, we mentioned it to him and he just said "sorry" and walked away. We decided to take our food to go to make sure we inspect it before we eat it without feeling rushed as he was making us feel. Right after packing up our food we asked if we could get a refill for the coke, and he mentioned that we were out of our "allotted refills". I suppose everyone only gets one refill. The waiter has no communication skills, previously they had a different waiter that was always a pleasure but I suppose the torch has been handed off and common courtesy has been tossed out the window. Good food when it isn't contaminated, bad service as of late. I wonder why the health department gave them a B now... they may need to stop by again and do another review. read more
