Every single time I come through the drive-through no matter how loud and clear am about what condiments I want. I even turn off my car so that they can hear me clearly they always forget my condiments and when I come back in and ask them, they act like I'm in the wrong. And to top it off! Ive had a variety of items from their menu. Definitely recommend the chicken strips they are not like any other spot. Can't go wrong with a burger, they are delicious. Breakfast is good. I get their burritos quite often. It's my favorite. I will say sometimes the hash browns inside are undercooked and you can taste the raw potato which is a bummer. The bacon could be a little crisper as I'm not a fan of floppy bacon. But all in all I love the breakfast burritos. And most of the time they are on point. read more

I dont know why this place is packed, it's not very good. We order the carne asada fries and avocado cheeseburger. The burger was bland and so were the fries. Needed seasoning bad. The asada fried we're awful. You can tell the meat was from yesterday. No seasoning texture was bad and then when I went back to ask her to go container, I saw them putting meat in the microwave so you know now that it's not fresh to order. We ordered 2 meals 1) 3 sausage patty,2 eggs,2 toast and hash brown breakfast. Worst breakfast ever. All 3 sausage patties were overdone and hard to cut even with a knife. Hash browns were not entirely cooked,just browned in the outside. Toast was ok and eggs were the best. 2) my wife got the "Chipaquiles" w green sauce and rice and beans. They used packaged tortilla chips for the base chilaquiles. Both meals were not good at all, very disappointing. We had a turkey burger, gyro, and a full order of zucchini fries. Everything was hot and tasty. We even got a discount for paying with cash. They said 10 minutes. It would be ready and in 10 minutes. It was ready couldn't ask for a better dinner, no dishes and even had two containers of ranch dressing.. Turkey burger was juicy the the Gyro had all the accompaniments and was everything you'd expect from downtown Burger. Hadn't been there in a while and it's still good. The food has always been good when I go here, but the service is usually very bad. Every time I go in the drive-through the heavyset guy is the one that usually takes my order. He's extremely disrespectful. He honestly makes me not want to go there, but unfortunately, this isn't a very big city so Options are limited when it comes to eating out but as far as the company and the prices I would give those five stars unfortunately I had to take away stars because of the service that I get every time I come here. Also, if you are a fan of chili cheese fries and burgers if you get a downtown meal with sub chili cheese fries with the meal it'll come out to nine dollars and you get a full-size chili fry and a burger but make sure it's to go if you dine in you won't get as many fries unless You don't mind but you could easily feed a family for 10 to 20 bucks by doing that meal. Let me first start with the reason my review is only 1 star and that is the drive-thru service. The food is great so this review is not based on their food but a specific individual that works the drive-thru. I don't know his name but he's the chubby man that always seems to be inconvenienced when he is taking drive-thru orders. I could say more but don't want to totally bash the guy but really try being friendlier man, patrons are paying money to support your business. read more

This is our "go to" place when we're trying to figure out what we want for dinner (or lunch sometimes). They have a large menu consisting of Mexican food to burgers and breakfast. I have probably tried all the dinner menu at this point and I have not been disappointed. My favorites are the 3 pork chop dinner and chicken taco salad. We've gotten to know some of the people behind the counter and they are always friendly and patient when ordering. The place is clean and orderly and they've set the tv monitors to broadcast different channels to entertain diners. Great burgers! You have to eat them there though. The burgers are so juicy that they will get soggy if you take it home. Don't get me wrong I love a juicy burger. This is what I have to say: -Stingy about the sauce -Drive thru worker has attitude 50% of the time -The Mexican food tastes like freezer aisle food -Burgers are okay -Chicken strips are usually dry or if u ask them to add bbq sauce they will (depending on the employee) but even then sometimes they just half roll them in the sauce but don't even cover the entire strip I only come here when I have no other choices and don't want to drive far. Perhaps more than just burgers as the name implies; this place seems to be the one stop shop with quite a selection of food choices - everything from sandwiches, hotdogs, wings, steak dinner, fried chicken, bbq ribs, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, pizza, salad, tacos, shrimp, ice cream, fries, grilled fish, and the list goes on. Of the things we ordered - sandwiches, pancakes, taco plates - they were all pretty good. No complaints on portioning either. The place was clean and the quality of service was pretty good as well. I really like this place!! Great change up from other restaurants available here in town!! My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak. The meat is a little thicker than I like BUT they put the hot, fresh grilled peppers and onions. I order extra peppers and onions and sometimes add mushrooms. Always hot, always good! My son likes the mushroom burger and my husband and daughter always order bacon cheeseburgers. The fried mushrooms, zucchini, onion rings and fries are a must have. Order the app that has the mushrooms, zucchini and onion rings! Plenty to share. A few ranch come with it but you'll have to order more for a charge if you want extra. I've also had the big bacon breakfast burritos and order a lot of salsa. I'm not a coffee drinker and I don't get these often but the Oreo Frappes are really really good. Coffee is super strong but I don't mind. The fried Oreos are ok for me but that's just personal preference. Everyone else enjoys them. Comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If your getting it to go and aren't going to eat it right away ask for ice cream on the side. Dinners are pretty big with a salad and bread. Honest prices. Some might say a little expensive but I feel it's worth it. Never had a bad bite there and again it's great to have them as an option for eating out here in Phelan. I really like their double cheeseburger, lettuce wrapped. It seems like standard fast food beef except not as miniscule in size as say McDonald's. Plus it has that great charbroiled flavor. My husband also likes their chicken taco salad with its very generous amount of nicely flavored chicken breast and their tuna melts. Service is sometimes spotty but they're quick to fix anything wrong with no attitude. Not the greatest ambience for eat-in but I can't complain for the price.
