Picture a typical American roadside sports restaurant with country music and you have Texas Roadhouse. These should be in more urban locations because it's so good. You can watch sports at the bar on multiple screens, and the $5 all day alcohol menu will keep you buzzed up! But the best part is the meat menu including steak, prime rib and ribs. Did I mention the melt in your mouth bread?! You can pay your bill at the table which is how it always should be, not waiting for the waiter to go back and forth. On trips to and from Las Vegas, we always try to stop here and refuel!

As always the food is to perfection when we come here. It was hot & fresh our waitress had the dinner rolls and refills coming. Only thing I had to do was sneak in my own sauce in my bag lol because i absolutely hate their steak sauce.

Great for the value + I love restaurants that commit to a theme. Put our name on the waitlist ahead of time so wasn't much of a wait & our server was kind. For the food: - Rattlesnake bites (2/10): soooo salty. beyond my imagination. has jalapeños but not spicy at all for ppl w/low spice tolerance. - Filet Medallions (9/10): comes w/ 3 sides, 2 sauces, + 3 filets. I ordered the sirloin here last time and this was definitely way better. for the price + what it comes with, this is def a life hack. I got it w/ Mac and cheese and that definitely needs to be worked on. It looks like Kraft but somehow tastes worse. I didn't like it at either of the locations I went to. Soupy little sauce that one. - Sirloin and Shrimp Combo (8/10): My dad really liked the shrimp but I don't think it was anything crazy. Frozen probably & for the price jump with the combo, I probably wouldn't order it myself. Overall, would obviously come back. This is my second weekend in a row. The bread + peanuts get me everytime.

Stopped for dinner at Texas Roadhouse off the 15 and that parking lot was FULL. When there's a spot with a line out the door, you know it's good. I know for next time to add myself to the waitlist online. We added ourselves when we arrived and the wait time was estimated at about an hour. We actually only waited about a half hour. You receive text message updates for when you should make your way to the host stand. Once you're called by the host, they already have your bread rolls and honey butter on hand as they walk you to your table. Marquis was our server for the night, and he took excellent care of us. He was so nice and made great recommendations. That loaded baked potato was the way to go; thank you, Marquis! I love that they still have the peanuts and bucket for the table. We went right for the rolls and honey butter and saved our peanuts for the road. For drinks we had the unsweetened iced tea, which was perfectly balanced. My husband had the fire cracker shrimp and the basket of ribs. The shrimp had a creamy, garlic taste, with a little kick. They were laid on top of potato strings. The ribs came with steak fries and were really tender. They indeed fell off the bone! I had the herb crusted chicken with the mac and cheese and loaded baked potato sides. This was the best and most tender chicken I've ever had! They roast a half lemon on the side for you to add, which is a nice touch. The Mac and cheese was a little too dry for me but the loaded baked potato was delicious. The food was killer and the service was top notch. We can't wait for our next trip so we can make another stop here.

Often there is a wait to get seated at TR. but we got lucky by riding our ponies in on a Friday afternoon around 4 pm. This is the best time to go cuz they have a happy hour menu with $15 meal deals. Heck the portions for these so called smaller dishes are still more than you should eat at one sitting. Food was typically good but the pulled pork was way too salty. The bread was great and they offered to give us more in a doggy bag. Huge parking lot can be intimidating making you wonder how they can feed that may people.

Wow! This place is really a hit with the local community (as the line outside on the Saturday evening we dined proved). I highly recommend reservations, if possible, since our wait time was mere minutes as compared to walk-ins who could expect at least 50+. Another option available could be to order ahead for pick-up in place of dining-in. The restaurant itself is large and seating appears somewhat tight when busy - they really pack 'em in! Similarly, I'm sure the noise level increases substantially during peak hours as even table conversation was difficult during our meal - but that's okay since we were there to EAT. For all the movement and commotion, however, the staff was efficient and our appetizer and mains were delivered quickly, drinks were refreshed regularly, and empty tables nearby were immediately cleaned to make ready for new guests. With some of their impressive signature steak cuts featured behind glass in the indoor waiting area, you know that beef is the star of this show. That being said, besides the shared appetizer, everyone in our party embraced their inner carnivore and indulged accordingly. All steaks were grilled to perfection, though the ribs with my combo were fall-off-the-bone good but did need a little more barbecue sauce. Everyone in our party left stuffed. Having never been to a Texas Roadhouse before, I really enjoyed finally trying one. My only negative observation is that it's too damn popular - which isn't their fault. For sure, this place is not for vegetarians (though options are available); conversely, if you live for red meat and barbecue, there's a chair at TR waiting for you - you just might need to wait a bit for it.

The place was absolutely packed but it was only a 10 min wait, win! Things started off good; waiter was polite and friendly and our drinks came quick. The appetizer was decent, but not as good as the "Bloomin Onion" from their competitor. As more time passed things became increasingly more difficult... we weren't getting refills on our drinks, couldn't always find the waiter, and we didn't have enough silverware for everyone. After a lengthy wait for our food, a man came to our table and asked if we ordered another appetizer (we did not). After he walked away, we realized that the food was actually a meal that we ordered. The waiter assured us that the meal would come later with our other food, but it did not, they had to go look for it. Of all the people to have a meal come late, the children should not be one of them. They needed to make more Mac n cheese, so most of us sat there letting our food get cold while my 5 year old was still waiting on her Mac n Cheese. It took much longer than she had patience for. They forgot multiple sides, didn't bring refills, got our orders wrong, and somehow I ended up with extra food in my baked potato. The food itself was not worth the price or the hassle. My fish was so salty that I couldn't finish it. No one at our table finished their food and each had a complaint about it. Oh, and we never got the rolls that were complimentary for every single table. Overall between the service, the music so loud that you have to yell to talk, and the bad food, I would not recommend coming here.

    Yummy and hot bread!

Funny, I have been to this Texas Roadhouse in Hesperia a few times now. Its review draft have been waiting in the wing for me to complete. Today is the day after 2+ years LOL. Both my daughters and I came here last night for dinner. Tip of the day... make sure you get on their waitlist because they are super busy all the time. Wait time can be a while sometimes. Yummy food is worth the wait! We were lucky our wait was 20-30 minutes. Upon entry, we got complimentary bags of peanuts. Thank you! Plenty of paved parking. However, when it's super packed, you may have to park on the dirt side of the parking lot. It's not that bad. We were lucky to get a parking spot on the paved side. Thank you again! Now onto the ambiance, staff, service, and food... From the exterior to the interior, it has a very rustic country look and feel to it. As my daughters described it, it is as if we were dining in another world LOL. Almost like back in the old country western times. Very loud country music playing throughout the evening. I had to yell a few times to get my messages across the table. Atmosphere was so lively and entertaining especially with the 8-10 birthdays or other celebrations that took place. Yes, we were counting! LOL Our wonderful server, Jay, was very patient and attentive throughout the evening. He made our dining experience special by making sure our requests and needs were met. Service was impeccable! Thank you Jay! Food was amazing! Everything and I mean everything we ordered was out of this world DELICIOUS from their hot and yummy rolls (UNLIMITED! We got 3 rounds. THANK YOU!!) to half slab of ribs (for $6 more, you can get a full slab... it's a steal!... we'll get it next time for sure LOL) + buttered corn + sauteed mushrooms to country fried steak with white & brown sauces + double sweet potato with marshmallows (+$0.50 extra charge per sweet potato) to mushroom jack chicken sandwich + house salad with homemade thousand island dressing. ALL WAS SO SO GOOD! What is even more amazing is their reasonable prices for their amazingly delicious and tasty foods and drinks. Flavors were on point! Portions were huge, too. We'll definitely be back for more deliciousness especially them hot rolls and fall off the bone ribs LOL. Besides their great food menu, they also have a pretty massive drink menu. Gotta take advantage of their $5 All Day Every Day margaritas and beer. Cheers to you all day long! Without further ado, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texas Roadhouse! Any of their locations will do. This location happens to be on your way to and from Las Vegas so don't think about it, just come, eat, and have a great time!

We had a really disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. While the food itself was good, the service was very poor. There was confusion with our order from the start--the server insisted we only ordered 3 plates when we clearly ordered 4. This led to a long wait while the issue was argued instead of resolved. Eventually, the manager brought out the missing ribeye and told us it would be removed from the bill because of the mistake. However, when we received the check, the ribeye was still on there. At that point, the experience was already soured. Because of all the delays, my dad ended up having to finish his meal by himself while the rest of us waited around. Overall, good food but very disappointing service, which made this a bad experience for our family and it was my first time here!

Food was great! Staff were amazing! Fair prices and you could see the details they put into celebrating the cause when I came. Ambiance was appropriate and well themed.

Sometimes places give you an unexpected surprise. The bread that you start with is pretty tasty. The food selections are for any persons liking. Was able to try a few things and took pictures of the parts I remembered to snapshot. The service is welcoming and quick. The ambiance is family oriented for easy going bites.

The waitresses are easy going, friendly, and very on top of checking on diners & keeping our drinks full. On our very first visit, our waitress recommended the freshly made potato chips that come with house made bleu cheese and/or ranch and they are AMAZING!! It's the first thing we order and it's something we crave. Breakfast is served all day. At our latest visit, we had a feast. We started with the chips we'd been craving, had the Grilled BLT burger, Classic Eggs Benedict, and finished it all with coconut cream pie and apple pie à la mode. SO GOOD!! Considering the generous entree portions AND our scrumptious desserts, we took half of the chips and dressing home. (And they reheated beautifully in the air fryer!) And now I'm craving those chips and bleu cheese dressing :/ But seriously though, if I lived in the neighborhood, I'd get those chips at least once a week!

My oldest daughter has a hard time ordering and got flustered when it was her turn. The waitress was so polite and patient, she gave us extra time and came back later to add my daughter's choice before sending our ticket to the kitchen. The waitress made sure that we knew there was no pressure and to let her take her time. Being a truck driver for 15+ years means that my husband is not a fan of truck stop restaurants, but after breakfast he said he wouldn't mind coming back again in the near future.
