Had a flat tire fixed here, they used my tools that come with the truck to drop and put back the tire that goes underneath the bed of the truck. According to the technician that changed the flat, he put the tools on the side of the bed instead of inside the bed and says he informed me, however I was on the phone while I was there so I know for a fact that he didn't get my attention to mention anything to me about it. I called them the next day and explained the situation as they were closing while I was there and Miranda (the girl who works the front desk agreed after watching the video that it was their fault, that they never should've put it there regardless of if they told me or not. She told me they would replace it and I could come by and pick it up anytime. I went in today to pick it up, however even though Miranda remembers the entire situation (admits to remembering), she told me that 1) it's been too long and 2) I have to talk to the manager or now we regardless of what she said prior. She had the nastiest little attitude the whole time and ended the conversation by telling me to fuck off when I asked her her name. Stay away from this shady ass company, I'll be willing to bet that the manager/owner whoever doesn't call me and I'm stuck replacing my lost property myself. read more

Terrible experience. They scratched the paint off my rims and had to argue for about 15 minutes till they agreed to fix it. My rim was "fixed" the next day. When I went back to pick it up it looks like they used a regular sharpie to cover up where they had scratched it. Looks nothing like the factory paint the rims came with. On top of that they somehow managed to gash a big chunk of paint out of the center of my rim. I have yet to hear anything on that matter. read more

The worst customer service by the female manager, if you can call her that! My vehicle was taken in by my oldest son to get new tires. All because he has always gone there and the service guys are great. I had told him to take my vehicle to Evans Tires. Not only did he have an unreal wait , over two hours. But then was told he could not pay with a debit card. So he went to the bank to get cash. When he got back, this manager told him he was quoted the wrong price! She gives him a higher quote and when he tells her he knows he can get a better price elsewhere. She tells him that he won't get a better price anywhere else! He calls Evans Tires. Her original price was for 3 tires. Evans quoted a lower price for all four tires with a replacement guarantee! I dont write a lot of reviews but I'm truly pissed. I went and got 4 new tires yesterday,which supposedly comes with alignment and balancing. Paid $452. Left and hopped on the freeway heading to get my son. Hit 65 mph and my car starts shaking violently. So I cant be late to pick up my kid I tell myself to go back today and get this issue fixed. Waited for 45 min and this lady comes and says "lady your car is ready". I go grab my car and hit the freeway and yet again my car starts shaking violently. Mind you my car did not have these issues before getting the new tires. Now there is no way I'm going back a third time for shitty service. Now $52 later and Midas is fixing an issue that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I really dont think the mechanics know what they are really doing and I'm now wondering if they are even certified mechanics. Pissed is an understatement and it makes me think they could give two shits about your safety. I would not reccomend this place to anyone and I will be contacting the BBB. read more

I went in to get my tires rotated and aligned. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, my low tire pressure light came in and I called and they told me to bring it back the next day. So I did and they didn't know what to do, so I YouTube'd how to recalibrate your car because they were not competent enough to help alleviate the issue. It may be cheaper, but it is not worth having to go back to fix an issue that should only take one day not several days. read more

During my visit for an oil change I was quoted $70 which I thought was a fair price and that's what I pay at the dealership. Upon completion I paid and left. I traveled about a block and my low oils engine light came on. So I turned around and let the service guy check it out. I watched him put another quart of oil in and check the dip stick. So I figured everything was OK and I got back into my car and noticed that the low oil engine light was still on. He said that I just had to drive it around a little and it would turn off. He said " the oil is good". So I left and drove my car about 5 miles and was very concerned that the Low oil check engine light was still on. This has never happened to me before. So I stopped at the nearest gas station and check the dip stick and low and behold NO FRICKIN OIL showing on the dip stick. Very concerned!!! I added 2 quarts of oil which barely showed up on the dip stick and took my car back. I let the store manager know what happened and showed her the receipt that I had paid for 2 extra quarts. I told her that the service guy check the dip stick and said that it was good. He came walking out and said that he added 5 quarts originally and one extra. So I checked the manual for my car and it said that I needed 9.1 oil for my car. She said that she did not quote me out for 9.1. She said that she had checked her book and said that her book must be old. Huh!!! I said. Your service guy let me leave knowing that I did not have enough oil in my car and that it could've caused further damage to my vehicle. I told her that I think she should at least pay for the 2 quarts that I purchased. She gave me a bunch of attitude saying that she's not going do that. I just felt for $23 (The cost of 2 quarts of oil) she lost a loyal customer. Just a note that I had my front brakes done there at the same time. So I spent a total of $270. For $23 I'll never go back. It wasn't even about the money. It's about the principle. I spent most of my day there dealing with them and there crappy service. I don't recommend anybody to go through the same thing. Who does that!!! read more

I experienced the WORST customer service in my life. The lady is so unprofessional and very rude with customers. I dropped my car off to get two front tires replaced. It was two mechanics working on my car so I gave each mechanic a $10 tip. When I paid for the tires my change back was $20 but the lady gave me $40 without knowing so I went into their office to give the office their $20 back and the lady didn't know she gave me extra and thanked me for being honest. Her name is Rosa and she is so sweet and treats customers the way the should be treated. After that, I left and came back about an hour later and crank my car up and my tire pressure light was on, Tire pressure monitor system was on, ABS light was on, brake light was on, and my MPH meter wasn't working. To top it off my car wouldn't drive right it felt like my car was trying to control how I drive rather than me control the way the car drive. I called the next day to explain what is going on...a lady picks up the phone but this time it's another lady working who responded over the phone and said "that sounds like an electric problem what do you want us to do about it" very rudely. I responded to say "I have newer car and none of these lights were ever on my car until after I got my tires done. Her response "that's like me going to go get a smoke and my oil light doesn't pass and I asked them to pass me" remind you this is the worker (named Jessie) from there I was a little confused. I then told her I will just bring my car down because something isn't right with my car. Once I get there she then tells me "well my sister told me you only bought one tire not two" "I then said to confirm I bought two tires" she responded "well that's what happens when you buy used tires...if you would of bought 4 new tires it would of came with a free wheel alignment" I then told her "I always buy used tires and it shouldn't make all these lights come on and my car shouldn't be driving like this and my two front tires that you guys put on has air of 52 on both front tires and it's not suppose to be that high" they then took air out of my tires and put the two front ones of 40. After leaving, I had the same problem. I took my car to three different tire shops and every tire shop said the same thing. They told me who ever did you two front tires gave you the wrong tires and these tires are two times smaller than your back tires. My tires looked like donuts! So I called the original shop back (Olympic Tires) same lady answers (Jessie). I say "Hi, it's me calling back because there is just something not right with my car and different tire shops have said you guys gave me two times smaller tires than what my car suppose to have". She responds and says "Well you bought used tires doesn't come with warranty....." and hung up on me. I couldn't even take my car on the freeway! I drove back to the shop once again....I then told her "whether I had warranty or not by law you have to follow your contract and cannot put a customer life in danger" she was very rude and aggressive and angry and told me there not fixing it and so on. I told her I have already contacted police department and was told to speak with her owner and if she gets aggressive an officer will have to come down because by law they cannot put me and my toddler and unborn child in danger whether we have warranty or not. She then proceed to throw her hands saying "whatever I don't care I don't care about them you police caller. You police! Your the police". She had been very unprofessional the whole time so I was left with no choice but to ask to speak with her owner she then starts walking days towards me with her hands out "I'm the owner! I'm the owner and What what what you going to do you policer" and this point she is all the way in my face outside right by my car back me up. It is COVID-19 and I'm pregnant and my daughter could see all this going on. she couldn't stop following me harassing me in the parking lot after the man said he was sorry it was his fault it was a mistake and started to fix on my car. I told her to please stop following me around. Once the man lifted my car to fix the tires she started to walk fast towards me again! With her arms out screaming "happy now! You happy now! You happy huh huh" I didn't know what she thought she was going to do nor do I know so I was on hold with the police department because she is very aggressive and seems like she wants to hit me. Thank god for my mother! She drove into their parking and got there in time by hearing the worker (Jessie) over the phone. She called me multiple b***** and I called her a selfish bitch not caring how you put customers in danger. This isn't the field she needs to be working in. That was a very distressed moment for me. I have never been in this type of scenario before, and I have got tires serviced before so many times, but never thought it would happen to me, I went in for tire replacement and at first the guy did everything got it finished and said that I did not need a new balance on the new tires which off the bat thought it was weird but ok he works with tires everyday for a living, so sure enough paid and asked for a receipt but they said they did not have one because it was to early and the office person was not there, ok so I left and my car was super shaky and thought it was not normal so I went back to the tire shop and told them I had so much shaky so they balanced my tires and shaky went away, had confidence everything was good, but about 3-4 hours later my car felt a little wobbly on the rear and swirved a little thought it was because of the rain, NO it was not the rain I heard a big crack noise on the rear and my car started swirving and good lucky thing I was going up a hill and not down a hill or at normal speed, took my car to the dealer thinking it was a problem with the suspension or something, but the service advisor called me and asked me if anyone had worked on my wheels, because my wheel studs where loose and where not torqued. I called the tire shop and asked them to consider my case and luckily nothing happened to me but it could had been worse, the girl I spoke with laughed a couple times because she said it seemed unbelieveable because she said in her whole time working there she had never heard something like my case happening, which I thought was the worst customer service ever. I just would not want this to happen to anyone else and something like this is definitely not a joke or something that should not be raken serious. BEWARE read more

I took some time to write a review because I don't usually write them, so it took me a while to figured what was happening with my account. However, after my experience with Olympic and its guys, I had to. I got there desperate, since my car didn't have any brakes. It was a Saturday about 4 pm, and most auto repair shops had already closed for the weekend. I didn't have to tell them that I had an appointment with one of my child's specialists early on Monday and that I really needed the car to get there for them to be understanding and really nice. They were professional and explained to me the condition of my brakes, gave me options without any pressure, and in fact they had very reasonable prices for the services they offered. My car's brakes are excellent even almost 3 months after they. Being a mom with a limited budget, I really appreciate that they were conscious and honest.
