Needed a last minute alignment for a last minute trip out of town but could not accommodate me last minute as they didn't have a slot for me. I had the TPMS error message showing on my car intermittently for the past few months and i did bring it to a shop in LA last month and was told it was fixed (it wasn't fixed as the error came back on after a few mile driving on the highway). Chris told me my TPMS just needed a re-calibration and they did it for me free of charge which i greatly appreciate. I am a senior adult and have had many years of experiences dealing with tire replacements. As I get older, I am concerned that I will be dismissed by staff and not treated fairly- as had happened in my recent past with another tire shop. I needed several issues to be looked at - a flat on on tire, a broken stud, and a slow leak on another tire, and had stopped at two other shops on Broadway- (these are large companies who have multiple locations- not mom and pop stores) to discuss my situation. The first shop could not do all of the service, and was too busy to even look at my car for two days. The second shop had zero customers but I quickly I got a vibe from their counter person that they were going to try to sell me unneeded service or try to get as much as they could out of me. (He had immediately responded with "why don't you just replace all four tires?" As soon as I told him why I was there) Then I met Frank! I needed to wait a couple of minutes while he finished up with a customer, and I could already tell that he was professional and courteous by the way he was speaking to his customer. I explained my situation and he responded with several questions to clarify the proposed work and possible services needed. I felt no pressure or judgement on me and knew I could trust him to be honest and fair. It ended up very well for me on my first time at this business and I intend to be a loyal customer! The work was done quickly and I paid a very competitive price for all that was done. I took my truck in to Randy Cherniss, owner of Tire world.​ He took the time to listen to my needs and seeing as I would be traveling alone as a female, trust was huge for me. He did his due diligence and came back to me with an extensive review on my truck. In his detailed review, he included which tires and rims would be needed to pull a particular trailer with a specific weight and length. He'll ask "how can I help you?", eyes still glued to the computer, while you are talking to him, or the back of the computer, he'll turn around and talk to his fellow employees, while you're still talking, turn back around and say "okay, go ahead". Then there is Jason. My dashboard lights were not working, so he replaced the bulbs, as well as other bulbs around the vehicle, which I ended up replacing the bulbs he said he replaced. Honestly was not expecting world class service in national city. A dealership down the road recommended these guys so I dropped by right before closing (yeah I was THAT guy). And they still made me feel welcome, took their time helping me out, did an excellent job and got an amazing price without even negotiating. Watched them take equally good care of several other customers while I waited. I'm pretty knowledgeable on tires and could tell these guys were giving solid advise, no BS and know what they're talking about.
