An Email Would Have Sufficed. Another thing. I could have lied about my income got the showing and still wasted your guys time.. How does getting all of that information eliminate the risk of wasting time on "both parties" side when I could have seen the property and still decline an application for it. At least Have Honesty in the website and maybe add the criteria so people can stop wasting their time with inquiries.

We had an average experience when we lived in the rental; any good experiences we had were directly from Terone (maintenance staff). The issues started when we were given a 60 day notice to vacate because the owners decided to sell the house. We had just received a lease renewal the day prior. After we got the notice to vacate we were told they could help us with anything we needed since they terminated our lease. We were then ghosted for about 30 days by Mike Pratt and John Olnick. During those 30 days we found a new place to live and had moved out. We had hoped to terminate our lease early since we found a new place to live, but couldn't as we got no response from Greene, specifically Mike Pratt. We then had to pay rent for the 30 days we didn't live there. No negotiations or even willingness to talk to us. We were also told we didn't need to complete certain cleaning tasks during move out because we only lived in the house for 8 months, then those cleaning tasks were taken out of our security deposit. This company buys fake reviews from other property managers in Texas, will take all your money for a shitty rental, and will find a way to scree you over. There are better property management companies in Olympia than Greene.

First off the owner Cindy is a B**** and is extremely rude. They gave the home owner the keys to the rental before even giving me the keys. The homeowner had access to the rental while I lived there. He physically assaulted myself and my child then Cindy and her god awful team turned around and tried to blame me for it. I already had PTSD and these people made it 100x worse. I hope these people rot in their own hell for what they put me and my kids through. Good luck renting from them. I wish I could have given them no stars. I added the pictures of the closet the owner threw me through, the keys to my car he threw against the wall to break so I couldn't leave and some of the bruises from him throwing me around my own bedroom. Then they tried to make me out to seem like I was insane, so rent at your own risk and I pray you don't have the same experience as me. So even though we are paying for tenancy starting at midnight, we don't get any information until late in the morning we are supposed to move in. We are homeowners and also own several rental properties and would never treat our tenants in such a manner. We will see how the move in goes. Might be finding a lawyer if the garbage continues .

After that, I could not get adequate/timely response from her. I am still trying to get remedy/closure from a request submitted the end of October. In a customer service business, she is missing the customer service portion! If you rent from them, avoid her if you can!
