The front door is broken and has never really been able to lock--it's almost falling out. The door frame was clearly kicked in before I ever moved in, and the lock has fallen out multiple times (which I had to replace myself). At this point, the door has fallen off its hinges entirely, and I cannot lock it. The garage door doesn't insulate, the front door doesn't insulate, and there's black mold in the house. When I first moved in, one of the heaters wasn't working, and it still hasn't been replaced. Requests to Cindy, the so-called property manager, have been ignored. She even told me to my face, "Well, you couldn't find anywhere else to live, so that's what you get." Instead of addressing any of these issues, she comes around every couple of months to snoop and "inspect" but never fixes a single thing. Because of the poor insulation, frogs have gotten inside the house. The stove looks like it's from 1960 and barely works. And when I put in maintenance requests, I was contacted not by a real contractor, but by the homeowner's personal handyman. When I asked if he was certified, he admitted he wasn't--he's just "a guy." So essentially, they're sending random people to do repairs instead of licensed professionals. Honestly, I might as well just call my neighbor over to fix this stuff myself. This agency will not take care of anything, but they are quick to take your rent money and show up to be nosy. If you're thinking about renting from them--don't.

However, the house has recently been vacated. They did nothing to prep it for the next rental until I had to constantly remind them. Terrible service. The house was in such disarray it looked like a foreclosure. Once it was finally ready, we were having flooring installed. On the day of the delivery, we discovered the code to the door had been changed, and they didn't tell us! Their communication is terrible. I would not recommend them to look after your property. They are more interested in collecting their fee but not doing the work.

The issues started when we were given a 60 day notice to vacate because the owners decided to sell the house. We had just received a lease renewal the day prior. After we got the notice to vacate we were told they could help us with anything we needed since they terminated our lease. We were then ghosted for about 30 days by Mike Pratt and John Olnick. During those 30 days we found a new place to live and had moved out. We had hoped to terminate our lease early since we found a new place to live, but couldn't as we got no response from Greene, specifically Mike Pratt. We then had to pay rent for the 30 days we didn't live there. No negotiations or even willingness to talk to us. We were also told we didn't need to complete certain cleaning tasks during move out because we only lived in the house for 8 months, then those cleaning tasks were taken out of our security deposit. This company buys fake reviews from other property managers in Texas, will take all your money for a shitty rental, and will find a way to scree you over. There are better property management companies in Olympia than Greene.
