It was so nice to be running next to like minded running enthusiasts throughout the class. It's also great to fist bump your running neighbors to tell them "good job!" The only thing I had an issue was that even with the validated parking ticket I alongside several other Orangetheory members couldn't get out because scanner wouldn't read our validated tickets so we had to calm the attendant who came to eventually let us out manually. It was probably a one time issue. Tip: After you park, the entrance is on the street side.

I did not purchase additional classes and have no recollection of authorizing or being informed that I was purchasing a 10-class package. The gym refuses to refund me because I "used" the 10 classes. But that makes absolutely no sense. I have an unlimited membership -- of course I would use the classes. I can attend 30 times in a month with my membership, so why would i need to purchase 10 classes separately? I spoke with the assistant manager, who offered to waive one of my monthly payments, which I agreed would be a fair resolution. I later received an email from the manager saying that was not what was discussed and that they could only give me the 10 classes. I don't want 10 classes -- I already have unlimited classes. I want the $250 I was charged on top of my membership back. I've now gone in circles trying to resolve this and have not been given any way to speak with someone higher up. The issue is that I was charged $250 on top of an unlimited membership without my knowledge, and OrangeTheory North Hollywood refuses to acknowledge why that is a problem. This should not be this difficult to resolve. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Results Fitness Center is a true gem and one of the last gyms in LA that still has a soul. The owner, Leo, is present, genuinely cares about the community more than scaling, and truly believes in what he's built. One of the major perks (aside from being exceptionally clean) is that you receive a fob and are able to come anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
