I wanted my TV and electric fireplace mounted on a wall and enclosed with an attractive trim. I tried 3 different contractors and none of them followed through on plans, bids or appointments. I waited 6 months on the last one who kept putting me off. I found Omar's number on Yelp and called and left a message. He called me back within 10 minutes made an appointment to come the next morning to look at what I wanted done. He showed up exactly at the time he said. I told him what I wanted done. He took measurements and promised me a bid by the next day. The bid was on my phone the next morning. I called and accepted. For the next 5 days he showed up at the time he said he would. He protected my flooring with a thick protective layer of a cardboard like material and taped off adjoining walls. He explained the steps he would be taking and was promptly on time everyday. He cleaned up my carport where he used his saw to cut the lumber and vacuumed any debris on the floor in the house at the end of each work day. He brought samples of all the wood and trim and stain for me to choose from for approval before installation. He completed in 5 days my project as he said he would. (There was drying time for the coats of stain and finish between coats.). I am absolutely thrilled with the results of his work. I have already given his number to close friends. read more

We first met Omar because we contacted him about painting the interior of our house. Once we met with him we found out that he could help us with many things that we needed to have done. He shortened some doors, put up an outdoor handrail, fixed and painted cracks on our outdoor stucco. Repaired a drainage problem on a porch and epoxy coated front and back porch. Omar did a small job for us: assembling and installing an IKEA 6-drawer dresser with a tricky "wall anchor system". Everthing went great.
