Be careful who does your nails here because all the techs are not good. I wanted to try the apres nails and the tech slapped them on so fast and did a poor job shaping them as well... I had gel encrusted under my nails and he was rough with my cuticles. Then he cuts a big chunk of my cuticle off and it took 30 minutes to stop bleeding. I should have walked out without pay as they did not deserve a dime!!!! I asked for a discount and the best they could do was $15! wow. It is going to take my finger at least a week to heal. My family and I went in and had three different nail techs. First off, my nails are great I just did a nude color. However the color I originally wanted the lady said "she couldn't find" then handed me a book and said pick from here it's easier for me. Ok? I wanted the other color :( Now my sister wanted a red chrome (Xmas vibes) the guy couldn't get the chrome to stick to her nail then after 20min of trying and it not working she finally said "just put anything on my nails or start over cause I don't like it." We suggested something and he said "no do this instead cause it's easier." Second person in this salon to suggest doing something we didn't wanna do cause it was "easier for them." Well she ended up going to a nail tech down the street for them to completely take off what he did and redo them. That's how bad it was! My mom's nails were pretty there were a few lumps on some nails but she's easy to please. Only thing she complained about was the lady who did her nails in the back stand alone station was watching a show on her phone while doing her nails so when she would say "that hurts" the lady didn't care. Eventually she started jerking her hand from her when it hurt cause she realized she was watching a show on her phone. GREAT salon. Service is mid and the nail techs there are either complacent or don't care about a tip. I've gone for years but after my mom and sisters encounter I will not be returning. read more

I have searched near and far for the perfect nail salon Mission finally accomplished! OMG says it all! The style of the salon is gorgeous! The cleanliness was a plus , the smiling faces of the staff you could tell they all enjoyed being there. Walking in I felt like a was a #1 client I was so impressed how welcoming I felt being my first time in. Although it was busy I didn't feel like the gal was rushing me along. I drive 25 minutes from Mesa to come to OMG. It is the best nail salon around! So clean, so beautiful. Every nail tech is good, I never worry about who I get because they are all great at what they do. I also have brought my 4 year old daughter with me and they treat her so well and she loves them too. I have been doing dipping powder here for about a year and my nails are so healthy and strong. I always go to OMG because they never fail to impress me! I'll never change my salon again! OMG by far is the best!! The environment and the aesthetic of the salon is gorgeous and so are the people. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Savannah did my nails. She is a perfectionist when it comes to nails and that's what I need! She is also very friendly and fun to be with. My friend had Rudy and he is very funny and fun to talk to! Amy did my pedicure and we were able to relate with each other alot due to similar interests in tv shows. Lastly, Tina did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows, she was a bit hard on my forehead but the end result was EXTREMELY clean. Beauty is pain. It really is. honestly i used to love this place religiously i've been coming here since before covid . it's the only salon i've been to for years. recently though my services are so awful and im not the type to complain. but recently it just seems like they only try to get as many people in out and as possible. my toes usually look perfect but the photos show the last two times i went. they are so damaged from the overfiling and disgusting. the owners are so great and the woman is GORGEOUS and so sweet! i'd never just bash a place just to bash. but honestly the techs are so bad. the one tech i loved they let go of, and sadly i wont be returning here. unless you have a go to person, i would recommend finding a traveling tech :( read more

I saw them on Yelp and I saw one of my friends post about them on Facebook so I decided to check them out. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and classy when you walk in. I like that they have nail bars instead of indivual nail stations because then you can sit next to your friend while you get your nails done. Acrylic nails is also done in a separate room so the smell isn't too strong for customers which was a really great idea. I think they're a little bit more pricey then I'd like to pay for a gel manicure and a pedicure. However, they do a good job. I've been in there twice now. Once to get a gel manicure and the other was a pedicure. I'm big on designs, and they are really good at what they do. The customer service is good and they're really good about making sure you get what you want. read more

Beautiful new nail salon. The decor is elegant and glamorous. They are popular so even with an appointment we had to wait awhile. The process of selecting a powder dip color vs gel color vs chrome vs glitter is confusing. Only the ones with a silver band are for powder dip but other ones are in the containers that say powder and are really for gel. It's just not an effective way to choose when customers place them back in the wrong place. They should have them organized like other places where one brand or type has its own ring of colors. Too confusing otherwise. The manicures are given at one long table with no room for knees for the customers, but they have room for the nail techs on the other side. Thought it was uncomfortable because of this though the chairs were very comfortable and beautiful. The nail tech I had didn't know how to do the powder dip with gel overlay. I think the owners shouldn't provide this option unless all nail technicians can do it. My nail tech otherwise was fine for my dip. She also did my pedicure and did a great job with my nails but didn't spend much time using the foot file -- maybe 30 seconds. They charge extra for "callus" work when the pedicure is already expensive. This should be part of the basic pedicure like all of the other nail salons I've ever been to in several cities, states and countries. They use a new plastic bag liner in the basin for each client but other than that I'm not sure about their cleaning or sanitary methods. I didn't see any tools come out of an autoclave or being unwrapped. They were loose in the plastic container. I'm sure they were clean but I like to be reassured. The nail files are not disposed of between clients nor given to them, they don't have foot files that have removable file pads to make it sanitary and they use pieces of tissue which were like paper towels to separate the toes vs the foam toe separators. Just a little cheap and make shift for the price. I posted the menu and prices. I love the colors they provide and all the options. The people are nice and it's a beautiful environment but it's not quite perfect for my needs. Definitely recommend it though. read more

The natural lighting from all the windows made it very open and bright. I could go on and on about the decor and furniture. Just stunning! Vee and the entire staff were extremely attentive. In less than 10 minutes of being there I was given a bottle of water and checked on at least 2 times to see if I needed coffee or water. I am indecisive and couldn't decide what i wanted on my nails. Henry took care of me though. He picked out my color and was super efficient. Vee took care of my pedicure and was an absolute pleasure to sit and talk with. The staff had timers to ensure efficiency and quality not quantity. You have plenty selection for nail colors and they are so beautifully displayed and organized, and I'm OCD lol. I personally was able to sit down relax and actually have an amazing convo with all of the staff. It felt more like I was hanging out with friends and family than a transactional visit. I've been here multiple times before but never on a Saturday. I think the place is great and clean but I had a 12 noon appointment it's now 12:36 and I still have not been seen. I understand business is good but with good business comes the need to be extra organized. This is a large nail salon and I think they would severely benefit from having everyone on the same page and having a super specific appointment system because now not only are they running late they also took someone that had an appointment after mine before me. I hate to say this, but I have not been happy with the last three or so dip manicures. The last two times, I left the salon bleeding (the techs saw the bleeding and did nothing, said nothing). The tips of my fingers have also been super sore from the rough filing of the nails. Great service ..except when you go to pay they up charge an additional fee. My daughters pedicure was $52 but ended up paying an additional $8. Kim "says" in his pamphlet there's an additional charge. Do not give me a slip that says $52 and then have me pay $60. When he came out to talk to me he was yelling at me. I brought my grandmother here yesterday, she has ALS and has a hard time moving one of her hands (which I explained to the staff). Her nail tech was very rough with her yanking her paralyzed hand around and complaining that she couldn't just use her hand. He told us we should have gone to wherever we normally do and not to them. Told her to stop messing up her nails when he repeatedly slid the gel light into her wet nails. I was at her side trying to hold her hand up for her to make it easier and asked him to just tell me how I can help. He ignored me and actually made jokes with management about gluing her hands in place to make it easier to work with. Not a very disability friendly establishment. I've never experienced this kind of attitude from any other nail salon, never had any issues until trying this place. read more

Tried this place for the first time on Christmas Eve and SO GLAD I did! I have never left a nail salon 100% satisfied with my dip nails until now!! Savannah's attention to detail is unparalleled. She took the time to make sure every nails was smooth and even and the perfect coffin shaped. She even suggested to do an ombré nail and I'm so glad she did because I love em! I also appreciate that she really let my nails soak in the acetone to get the majority of the dip off to help preserve my natural nails. Perry (I think that's what her name was) did my pedicure and she was so sweet! She picked my color for me and she put a gold sparkle to match my mani and it was so cute! My daughter and I were having out eyebrows threaded at our favorite place discussing which nail salon we were going to try next since we were looking for a new salon and another eye brow threading customer recommended OMG nails and I am so glad she did. My daughter and I had an amazing experience. We were greeted right away with a hello, not the "pick your color" that I've become accustomed to. The entire time the only language we heard was English, there was never an uncomfortable moment wondering if we were the topic of conversation. The environment is new, clean, fresh, snd modern. I came here on September 6, 2019 with my sister we did not have appointments we only had to wait 15 minutes. we did two fills of acrylic gel nails and a pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure was decent, she wasn't the best and she wasn't the worst. Just a basic normal pedicure. I then had my fill done by a woman that I did not catch her name. She told me that she did not have enough time for me to try and figure out a design to do on my nails, the location did not have any stencils to give you ideas other than a TV playing former customers designs pictures and pictures with the staff from Xmas parties. A girl then helped me named Tracey, she was able to fix all the mistakes the first woman did to my nails, she was also able to do a design for me. I spoke with Victoria which is the co-owner and explained my situation with the first technician, Victoria apologized and that's where we left things. My sister's technician was very forceful and was cold toward her during her fill. She then got a design done by Victoria the co -owner and immediately turned around her experience. We were there a total of 3 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend Victoria and Tracey. read more
