This was a lazy experience. I asked for a pedicure and the only thing they did was change my polish. Didn't even fill up the water or anything. Someone else walked in and asked for the same thing and she got the whole experience. It was uncomfortable that they were changing my polish on my toes while also painting my nails causing me to sit awkwardly twisted and uncomfortable in the chair. read more

So bummed to be giving two stars. Had pedicures scheduled with my friend. I got the basic pedicure and was asked if I wanted to have my polish changed. I was taken aback by the question because don't you always get your old polish removed and new polish put on during a pedicure? I clarified the question and said I would like my old polish removed. The pedicure was lovely. It did not feel rushed and I felt like the quality of the pedicure and polish color was great. Went to check out and was expecting a total of $29... I was told $39. When I asked why, they said I had chosen the second option for my pedicure. I said I had selected the basic option and that I had been asked if I wanted a polish change and asked if changing polish cost an up charge of $10. They told me yes, a polish change costs $10. I don't believe it. I think there was miscommunication and I was given the upgraded pedicure although I clearly stated I wanted the basic pedicure, which is an unfortunate rip off. Not what I was planning on paying at all and would deter me from returning for future services despite the pedicure itself being nice. read more

Was not impressed with quality of work and service. I made an appointment for two mani-pedis, the pedicure was great no issues there it was when it came to the manicure that both me and my mother had issues with. For one it was very rushed, I got gel x nails with a simple cat eye design where my mom just got gel with cat eye design. For my nails she had ME HOLD the UV light up to put my nails on on top of that I asked for almond shaped nails and got round instead and had to ask for a reshape as some nails were shaped crooked. I have product build up under my nails that has been cured and not cleaned up leaving my skin a little raw. The lady doing my mom's nails had obviously never done cat eye before cause she had to ask for help which usually is no issue but when your half way through the process just to have to restart everything is a bit crazy to me and on top of that she was taking personal calls and stopping her work to listen in on gossip or talk on her phone, when we finished and went to pay it was $226. Over all just bad service and quality manicures Will not be returning to this salon read more

Had acrylic gel put on and within 2 days my nail color started to chip on 1 finger, then another the next day. I went back for a retouch and they did so but the color wasn't the same. Once again, the colors started chipping within the next 3 days. This time it was multiple fingers. I went in for another retouch and they did a fill and charged me! First off and I'll try to sell you something that you don't want to even though you can't do it I asked for something without the scrub, but she kept pointing out the one below it.. it was super rude.. Secondly, I got a gel, French manicure and gel French pedicure with green tips and the first day I barely touched my toe against the coffee table and the whole freaking polish came off ... 1 or 2 days later I was dealing with labels because I work for spark on occasion, and the adhesive pulled the green part off of my thumbnail. My second to last toe nail on the right foot that polish came off like a couple days after that and then of course today I was putting a label on a package and more of my nail polish came off. I need a refund because this is freaking nonsense. GEL should stay on, but I don't know what they're using but it sucks. It's paper thin whatever it is .. it's probably Old polish. But it will not stand any kind of adhesive touching it. How the heck are you supposed to do anything with a manicure like normal things? I thought I don't get fake nails so I can do things. I tried out this nail salon for the first time yesterday and am so disappointed. I came in for a gel fill and the result is horrible! Two of my nails already chipped and I did not do anything out of the ordinary. I normally go 2-3 weeks between fills and never have chips!! Also, the quality looks so bad. It also felt like she was rushing, which is probably why it turned out so bad. Hello, so today the salon lured me in with this text message sent to me yesterday 12/2/21 "We are offering you 10% off your next service Expires Dec-16-21" I want to first start off by saying that money is extremely tight and I don't have the privileges' to pamper myself as much anymore. I've come here A LOT in the past, bring out of town family friends etc. I consider myself loyal to this business when finances have more wiggle room. So literally saving even a quarter would peep my interest and get me through the door. I really needed a small wax done, when I walked in I announced what service I needed and said the text I got from them got me in here to get it done. I understood it was under $10.00 so the 10% isn't a huge deal (50 cents to be exact) but figured I could just tip more and put it back in the employees pocket. So what I'm about to mention isn't about the money it's just the principal of how they handled business. When I was paying after she didn't include the discount so I showed the text to her again, she started talking to the lady in front and the lady just said "A LIP WAX IS ONLY $5" and we just stared at each other blankly. She then proceeds to say it's ONLY for nail service (the text just said your next service) I was really embarrassed she announced to the busy salon I just had a lip wax done and also the fact she made me look desperate to save 10% on a little service. They were rushing, both times we came here. Thought we'd try a second time. I have 3 toenails missing 1/2 the polish- they didn't polish the entire toenail! Topcoat on the top and sides of my cuticles, bubbles from polishing them too fast between layers. I have several toenails that they didn't even take all the polish off and you can see it under the new polish. Don't waste your money. This happened both times we gave them a try. My daughters pedicure was just as bad so it doesn't matter. Who does it for you. read more

I will never return to this place. I brought in my reference picture wanting pink chrome nails. I was given their standard book of colors to choose from and did not see anything, so I asked if they had anything metallic or similar. They brought me another ring of options, but nothing was remotely pink. I asked if they had a pink chrome, and the guy pointed to one that was maroon and gold... how is that pink? He then took my phone to go "color match" while I was getting my pedicure done and came back with what would be the best option. I was told "it will look different in the light." Please look at the pictures and tell me if that is even remotely close. And on top of that, my nail and toe colors don't even match when that is what I wanted. read more

Then fixed wrong way and broke again my nail was completely cracked and they put glue on it and repainted well it broke again two days later ! I found this nail salon on yelp. I did a walk in even though it said they are by appointment only and they helped me right away. They have a lot of pedicure choices and they are broken down nicely on a chart to see what the difference is between each one. I love that they do a sugar scrub even on the cheap options. My pedicure was fantastic. I had the "luxury" pedicure. The same person did my SNS (powder dip) manicure and it didn't go so well. Although nothing was said in English, the owner had to come over and fix my nails and tell her what she was doing wrong. There is a lot of color missing on the sides of my nails. I did appreciate that after they wrapped my nails in foil they put gloves on so I could use my hands during the pedicure. The pedicure is highly recommended but it might be a little scary to get a manicure done by someone besides Sarah. Everyone there seems very nice though and you may have a better experience than I did. I will probably not go back after my first visit though. read more

My friend and I wanted to do a walk-in, but the other salons we visited were all booked and this one had availability for both of us. First impression of this place is that it's a bit smaller than other salons, and it's in a square with several empty buildings. It's relatively clean and has 8 massage pedi chairs. Typically in other nail salons I've visited I don't get my nails filed with the drill, so it was quite unexpected and I don't really prefer it during my manicures. All of the nail dust kept blowing in my face/eyes. I found it unprofessional that my nail technician kept checking her phone in between breaks and waiting for my nails to dry. All in all, I had a good experience although I would probably visit other salons in the area in the future. read more
