Can honestly say I've never encountered a more disrespectful, compassionless medical practice in my life. In the middle of a pandemic, I was turned away after driving almost two hours to a different office than I normally go to, just so that I could be seen on that specific day. I arrived at the office two minutes late and was turned away. Yes, two minutes. 120 seconds. I called ahead and let them know I would be late because I was stuck behind an accident, but I would not even be five minutes behind... was still told that there is absolutely no chance they would see me. I asked to see any provider in the office, as it was an emergency, and that the appointment would take no more than 5 minutes tops. But they still told me to kick rocks. Excuse me but HOW LONG WAS THE APPOINTMENT EVEN BOOKED FOR? I kindly informed her this would be life-altering crucial if I could not get in today. I informed them at the time of booking how important this appointment was to me, but still - cold as ice, said no. JACKIE in the front office Glendale location, I HOPE KARMA FINDS YOU. It is beyond me how anyone in their right mind granted you or SARA MOHAMMED the right to care for other individuals. HUGE MISTAKE. The lack of professionalism, empathy and human decency is astounding and hugely misrepresentative of what any medical professional SHOULD stand for. I was taking my son in to treat two warts on his foot. My poor little guy was treated by the student doctor accompanying Dr. Erik Martinez. She burned his two warts along with another toe on this foot that did not need to be treated by the nitrogen. She had zero bed side skills with a child and seemed dry and in-compassionate. I can't believe I put my child through so much pain twice and allowed her to practice on him twice! When I called the office to speak to a medical assistant, I was looped around the automated system and when someone finally answered, they told me the pain would go away in an hour. No kidding! An unnecessary blister popped up on my child's healthy toe shortly! She obviously can't point the tool straight or cover the healthy toes so that she doesn't accidentally spray them! I will be going to another dermatologist and making sure we do not allow anyone to practice on my son ever again! read more

I saw Erik Martinez for a skin condition, he didn't spend too long explaining to me about the condition/treatment, but I followed his plan for over a month. It did help some,but I was still experiencing problems. I then saw an allergist who actually steered me away from the medication I was prescribed. Overall, I was disappointed I felt like I wasn't taken seriously or had anything explained to me. I was in the office for maybe 10 minutes total, maybe if someone would have spent more time I would have had relief and not had to seek another physicians recommendation. read more

I would of given them o stars if that was an option. Missed my initial appointment on 10/3/19. Had it rescheduled on 10/4 to today at 10:15a. I received a phone call and was told that since I was a new patient, they can see me at 11:15a, and I had to get there at least 15 minutes earlier to complete the paperwork. Since I planned to go during my lunch break, and the office is about 5 minutes away from my home. I went to the office yesterday, and got the forms, so I can fill them out prior to getting there. I got there at 11:05a today and was told by the same front desk staff "oh I remember you, you needed to get here at 10:15a" I thought she was talking about the previous scheduled time. She said no, you are a new patient, and was told this, and you verbalized your understanding. I told her that was never told to me, and asked why would I need to get to the office an hour prior to my appointment time? She then said you can come back at 1P, which I could not do so, and told this to her. She then said we have openings on the 31st. I told her that I did not know and had to think about it. The waiting area was empty, and I am not sure why I could not see the doctor, or why I was told the those things. I will never return to that company, because I find that staff and who else is making decisions in that office very distrustful. read more

I saw Erik Martinez for two medical issues. It took three separate appointments to resolve my concerns. The office is well staffed and very supportive. Parking is great. Appointments always ran on time. I never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 or 10min prior to my appointments. They use a portal system that allows you to communicate with office staff, ask questions, make or cancel appointments, request medication refills, pay your bill online and even check in prior to your upcoming appointment. Phone call reminders of your appointments are also made to you as well. Erik's care was compassionate and helpful. I will not hesitate to return if needed. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dermatology services! read more

NEGATIVE STARS I often don't even fill out these surveys however, this apt. was disappointing. I would like to start out that the nurse practitioner BEFORE the doctor was much more personable and at least she acted like she cared about my situation and listened to my concerns. The Derm however, seemed like she was in a huge hurry and Was trying to scoot me out of the door. I have Perioral Dermatitis. I was beginning to tell her about when it first started all the info the other dermatologist I went to previously asked me but she quickly shut me down, told me it was an overgrowth of yeast and tried to immediately put me on a oral antibiotic. If she would have asked me more questions she would have known I have bad reactions to oral antibiotics but again she had no concern whatsoever. She told me the other products she wanted me to use daily, as I've done research I have come to find that PD patients often get mis-diagnosed and makes the symptoms of the rash worse. She gave me a steroid cream and told me to use it every day! LOL what a F-ing joke! If I were to use it every day my skin would progressively get worse with PD- but it works with seborrheic dermatitis/other form of dermatitis but she tried to tell me they're the same... YOUR A WHOLE DOCTOR YOU SHOULD KNOW THEY ARE VERY NOT THE SAME!!!! I am in school as an esthetician and I don't know a lot about the skin but I know that all forms of any skin condition are NEVER THE SAME. I told her my concerns about these medications and she completely curved me. At this point I was just going to get out of there, honestly was a waste of time and if I didn't do my research my skin would be worse right now. OH! Also, she gave me the wrong diagnosis!!!! Lmfao...she diagnosed me with seborrheic dermatitis Which I definitely do not have. This lady seriously needs a new profession, she has no idea what she's doing, and it's obvious she doesn't care. Btw the doctors name is Sara and for a dermatologist she wears loads of makeup so you'll know who she is lol. If you just want a place to order meds through I would said this would be a great place. But if you are looking to be educated on any condition you have and to be treated correctly with CARE, steer clear of this place FOR SURE!! Your welcome dude! read more

I am currently attending this office, they're great when it comes to getting you in and out of there, the medical assistants are great as well. The only problem I have is that I have a huge cyst on my forehead and acne when I first went in the doctor saw me for about 5 minutes the follow up visit was the same to me this just makes it seem like she just doesn't care and gives the same medical treatment to everyone that comes in. Also, i am uninsured so i pay everything out of pocket i asked for a certain procedure to be performed on my cyst since she was doing nothing to resolve it and asked her how much it would be and she quoted me a certain amount a couple weeks after my appointment I get billed for double what I had already paid!!! This was never brought up to my attention so now I have to deal with that as well! read more

Whenever I go my appointment always goes perfect due to Gretchelle and the other staff there. They are truly amazing.

Initial appointment was horrible. This office is not kid friendly. Front desk lady was very blah. Not even a smile out of her. As the first medical assistant takes me back, I ask if it was okay to change my 1 year old son's diaper on the medical bed that had the sheet paper covering it and she proceeded to tell me there was a bathroom across the hall. So I go to the bathroom and to my surprise there was no changing table, so I had to take off my shirt lay it on the ground and changed my son on the tile floor. So the doctor comes in, doesn't shake my hand,introduce himself,or even ask any questions pertaining to why my son was being seen there. He literally had his hand on the knob ready to walk out maybe 6 minutes into the appointment. I had to give him all the details as he was rushing out of the door. Horrible first impression. I called my son's primary care and asked for a different office referral .Won't be going back here again! Rather drive 1 hour to the Phoenix children's hospital to have my son seen there than to go to this office that is less than 10 minutes away from my home for better/friendly environment. read more
