We tried the tuna tartare, squash blossoms appetizer and my wife got a seabass entree while I got their highly recommended vodka pasta. All of the food was absolutely incredible, from the freshness of tuna tartare, uniquely wonderful flavor profile of the squash blossoms , to the yummy vodka lumaconi pasta and the most mouth-watering seabass that I've ever tried in my life. I honestly never thought a fish could taste so good. The seabass was charred on the outside and just incredibly soft on the inside. As you barely touch the seabass with the fork, a piece of succulent seabass gets separated simply due to the natural gravity of the fork. The taste is perfect. It's like they somehow cooked it with large piece of butter on the inside. The incredible flavor profile and the consistency of each bite of this seabass, were simply unparalleled. And to add to all this awesomeness, the bed of risotto was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic as well. To finish off our meal, we decided to share their apple tart pastry and it too, was fresh, flavorful and that scoop of ice cream on top, made the pastry just perfect. This place hits a perfect trifecta, with its phenomenal modern design , incredible food and absolutely superb customer service. A week before my event Sandra Mendez gave me call which happened to be on Sunday 5 days before my event that her location was being closed by the city for an incident that happened outside her venue. She proceeded saying she had an alternative venue and the party would continue at the The Ramada of Wyndham of South El Monte. Mind you I dont know anything of this place or seen it. I didn't get to see the venue 1 day before. When we arrived it was obvious this venue was old, outdated, and not only that but it was divided into 3 rooms. What a disappointment. Nothing compared to what we had agreed on contract. The truth was her location was closed for a fire hazard. That she failed to fix. Fast forward I took these people to Small Claims Court. For Breach of Contract. We already had Court twice. I've been trying to reach you and as well have the sheriff serve you back to court. And NO answer! I didn't fail you. I was never late in payments and respected you up until I realized you guys are just doing wrong to alot of families.We trusted in you. And know its all over social media and families reported you to the news. I as well reported you to the Better Business Beraue. These people are liars. After a year of planning, this was devastating and caused unnecessary stress for our entire family. Fortunately, we found an even better venue, and the celebration turned out beautifully. However, no family should have to go through that kind of panic just days before such an important event. After sharing our experience, we learned that other families have reported similar issues.
