    Met with sandra and Jovita Hi guys !!! Sandra promised a bunch of things but never held up to it . Found a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't do things or Sandra straight up said she never said certain things. Her customer service needs some help she doesn't know how to talk to adults very well and throws a tantrum. CANCELED a week before my wedding and tried to get me to go to a hotel and do it there or full refund. Asked for refund and she tried to keep $1000 worth. Luckily I got it all back after bugging them enough. THEY KNEW BETTER (: Sandra doesn't like me very much. lol DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE

    If I could give negative stars I would... I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other families deserve to know about my experience with Rustic & Chic. I contracted with this company for my daughter's Quinceañera and paid $15,450 toward our event. After signing the contract, we were informed that the original venue would no longer be available and were asked to move to a different location. In an effort to save my daughter's special day, I agreed to the change and signed an amendment relocating the event to the DoubleTree. Shortly afterward, the company informed me in writing that, due to financial challenges, they could no longer proceed with the DoubleTree partnership. They then offered yet another venue change to a different location and date. At that point, I had already accommodated one venue change and no longer had confidence that the agreed-upon arrangements would be honored. I requested a refund based on the company's inability to provide the venue identified in our amended agreement. My refund request was denied. Throughout this process, I have had to deal with significant stress, uncertainty, and last-minute changes while trying to plan one of the most important events in my daughter's life. My advice to families considering this company is to carefully review all contracts, amendments, and payment terms, and to ensure you understand your options should venue changes occur. This review reflects my personal experience and is supported by written communications and contract documents in my possession. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Take your business elsewhere!

    Brides beware! Super disappointing. I saw their promo online and how they promoted monthly payments. There were even so kind to offer me free catering since I wouldn't have that many people there. Upon speaking to them everything went fine. Until they sent the invoice. The ceremony plus Venue would've been $6k and some change. But if I wanted monthly payments it was going to be 10k? That's 4k extra than originally quoted. How is that budget friendly? I understand having to charge interest and stuff but don't promote that you're budget friendly when you're going to charge 4k extra for making it affordable for other people. Super sad because I thought I finally found the perfect venue.

When we first started looking for venues, we had a few specific things in mind, and flexibility was one of them. On our first visit in March 2025, we met with Emil, the venue owner. He was very welcoming, friendly, family-oriented, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent from day one. He never pressured us or made us feel obligated to choose everything the hall offered. All selections and packages were based on our budget and what we wanted to spend. When I walked into the venue, I was immediately attracted to the décor, high ceilings, and bar area. Everything was very clean, the white draping made the space feel even more open, and the floor plan was perfect. I knew I wouldn't have to do much. I did hire an outside vendor to help with the themed décor, but almost everything else, including the plating, was purchased through the venue. As the quinceañera date approached, we met the venue manager, Lisa. She became our go-to person for anything we needed. She was very attentive and made sure the event was a success and that everything looked beautiful on the big day. The day of the event, everything went very smoothly. We had a venue host who worked hand in hand with Lisa. I forgot his name, but he was very kind and helpful. I had many family members say, "This place is beautiful! I never knew this was here." No one had any issues with parking. The restrooms were well maintained throughout the event, the food was ready on time (we had the fajitas, beans, and rice which was very tasty), the serving staff was very efficient, and the air conditioning was blasting and felt great (the temperature that day was around 78-80 degrees). Every area of the venue was operating seamlessly. All-in-all I am very grateful to all the staff at El Palacio Hall because they helped make my daughter's quinceañera a success. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our celebration perfect. The venue itself was beautiful, the food and drinks were wonderful, and the service was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about how organized everything was and how welcomed they felt throughout the evening. Planning an event can be stressful, but this team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. However, the wedding at this place had a different issue, which was worse than bad food. There was rain. After the ceremony, we all went to the tent to find our seats. My wife and I were seated at a table. When we got there, someone moved my placard from the table to another one a few tables away, because they wanted someone from thae other table to sit with them. My wife and I complained and the person who moved the placard told us to fuck off. We spoke to the person from the venue. She did not want to confront them and tell them they were wrong. She asked us to wait. So while people got their first course, we stood outside. As people were served their second course, we were told we could sit at a table that did not have two adjacent seats. We declined. We spoke to the bride and groom and apologized. The wedding coordinator did not understand why we didn't want sit at a table without sitting next to each other while the main courses were being finished We left. So the comment was right. This wad the wedding where there was rain. I mistakenly believed this was the place with the bad food. It was the place where they wouldn't do anything about the seat being moved and told us to deal with it. I wasn't going g to comment on this place because we were treated so badly. When it popped up on my list, I mistakenly believed it was the nice place with bad food. Nope. This was the place that let people change our seats, let them tell us to fuck off, and then told us to sit apart at a table when the meal was almost over. She's right. I was wrong.

For just $30 a day, this space offers not only a vibrant, open-plan workspace but also dedicated quiet areas for those times you really need to focus. What sets Onboard apart are the rentable conference rooms and private office spaces, perfect for meeting clients or conducting private sessions--all at rates that are incredibly fair given the quality. The space is extensive, with plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus. Although they were fully booked and I couldn't get a spot immediately, the staff, particularly Stephanie, was super helpful and added me to the waiting list without any fuss. The front desk receptionists were nice and helpful. It's been a couple of years since my son had therapy here but what left a bad taste in my mouth about this place is when I was waiting for therapy to start with my autistic child there was filming taking place and the person filming was pretty rude about asking us to keep quiet. Honestly, we weren't even loud. Don't rent spaces out to people who are going to work with special needs kids. Also, you're not filming an expensive movie, else you wouldn't be filming in a common area get over yourselves.

Shraddha and Karan are the sweetest wife & husband team that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I booked Sprig and Ivy early into my wedding planning, and even though it was a long time away from our initial contact to the wedding day, Shraddha was so nice and sweet in checking up every so often to make sure I was doing ok. When it came down to the wire, WOW- They exceeded everything that you can ask for in having wedding coordinators for your wedding. They were on top of everything and anything! There were so many moments where I needed a breather, so they "snuck" me out to check out everything and get some air (because everyone was pulling me in different directions!). At one point, I really wanted to see my dessert bar, but couldn't get to it, so Karan took me through a "detour" for me to check it out on the other side before all the chaos ensued. They made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I am SO happy for their amazing work ethics, wonderful personalities, and overall, just great people to have and surround yourself with.
