I'd like to give a shout out to Jacky on the tech support team. He patiently helped me diagnose the issues with my printer and sent me links to order the parts I needed to fix it. He tracked the parts and once they had arrived reached out to schedule a zoom to install them. I was terrified. As we all know these machines are expensive and a little tricky sometimes. Jacky spent hours walking me through every step. I am not particularly mechanically inclined, and I came near to losing my cool a couple times, but Jacky was kind and patient. After posting my review, I received an email from Omniprintstating saying they wanted to make things right by offering me a $50 credit -- but only if I posted positive reviews on five different platforms and sent them screenshots as proof. Customer beware‼ my machine broke down over a month ago and I been trying to get someone to help me and they won't respond to my emails or calls. They are definitely ignoring me. I paid them $199 for the tech to help me and just took my money and no help. His name is Nestor. Now today we are supposed to have a zoom meeting and he sent me a link with the time 1pm-3 and he emailed me at 10:30am that he was waiting for 30 minutes so he will move on to the next customer. Why would he send 1pm and now lie about this to not help me? How do you take peoples money and not even help them? What kind of company doesn't care about their customer? If you don't want to struggle with tech when your printer brakes go with a different company. Omniprint doesn't care about their customers whatsoever. I spent a small fortune on a printer that has never worked properly and once out of warranty I can't get any help. The issue began long before the warranty was over. I am in debt because of trusting this company with what I was told is a work horse and what I got was a broke down donkey. They have had so much turn over in their company that its hard to even get help because you have to start all over with a new person. The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. My company purchase 2 freejet 330s and had both of them fail consistently. I have spent over 5000 dollars in replacement parts in the last 18 months. At this point, both have them have failed completely due to circuitry failure. It has taken well over two months and paying out 1600 to even look at one printer. we have paid and it has has taken another two weeks to receive approval to drop off the printer for service. (to get this approval required over ten calls by myself and other admins within our company) every single step in this process has been the equivalent of pulling teeth. OmniPrint continues to provide excellent customer service and support. I recently had Morgan at my house to help diagnose my issue that I was unable to resolve myself. Within 3 mins of Morgan inspecting my printer he knew exactly what needed to happen. Morgan took his time explaining to me everything that was happening while he performed the fix. Not only did he tell me, he was showing me how to work on the printer, he gave me small pointers on how to extend the life of my printer. If I could, I would give them negative stars. This review is based solely on their customer service, since how I have yet to receive my machine that I ordered. My company started working with OMNI in October, the communication was great. We were getting response back promptly and even after their work hours. Then, we placed our order, and that's when everything went downhill. The service rep failed to provide all the answers on the process. When I called into their customer service line, I was told that my machine was still being made and it would be shipped out after 3 weeks, my sales rep told me it would get to me approximately two weeks after I place my order. I emailed my sales rep and he advised me that the machine would get to me by November 11. I called today to verify the status, since I was supposed to get a call to confirm my shipping address and that has yet to happen. The sales rep then told me that my machine was still being built and that it would either be shipped out at the end of this week or next week. By this point you can tell how frustrated I am, not only was I getting the run around, I felt extremely unappreciated after the sales rep took my order. It basically felt like I was nothing more than a number to them, which is ironic consider per the website "Our customers are our priority". So now I've requested for a manager, and the service rep told me that the manager was away from his desk, she advised he would call me back in a couple of minutes. I waited an hour, no call and it was 30 minutes before they closed. So I called back, the service rep couldn't get a hold of the manager that was supposed to contact me because the manager was out running "errands". The service then continue to tell me that he was "like" a manager. I explain my issue to him and surprise surprise, he wasn't able to do anything for me and that only the sales rep can do something. So I ask for the sales manager, apparently there isn't "really" a sales manager. He eventually changed his answer to, I don't know who the sales manager is, after I questioned if the sales representatives were the highest chain in command. Mind you, I have told my sales rep that I wanted to have his leadership look into the issue as well because I was not happy and he said he would pass the message along. I have yet to receive a call or email in regards to this matter. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and still no response. So before you make a huge purchase, do believe the reviews and complaints, because you will not be valued once they have your money. read more

DO NOT BUY!!! Machine was running for only 1 month and then stopped. It was a fight and struggle just to get them to send me parts. They replaced THREE BOARDS and then the PRINT HEAD was not working properly. Now, they are trying to make me PAY FOR A NEW PRINT HEAD!!!!! I was on the tech support call when this happened and they are now telling me that it is not covered under warranty. The reason is that they consider this a print head strike. The tech was on call virtually when the printhead stopped working. I am not sure why they would even assume a printhead strike. They made me clean the print head and before I did I asked if it was ok to wipe it. The tech told me not to worry because they would replace it if something went wrong. SMH I have only had this machine for 4 months and about 50 shirts printed on it. I have tried my best to be patient, but this is ridiculous. The people are nice, but it just seems as if they do now want to replace something that is not working properly. I am sure they have machines that work well, but I seemed to have received a LEMON. All I want is a working DTG machine. I believe if you spend $20k you should get something that at least is able to produce some decent work to resell to customers. From day one the machine had trouble with colors. We have other DTG machines and over 4 years experience with DTG and this machine was printing heaving on magenta. Their tech support kept insisting it was our file and that we would have to adjust each design to get the desired effect. Our designs are PNG and in RGB and are not heavy on Magenta. Our other DTG machines does not need this type of constant adjusting. It gets expensive when you are trying to dial in the color on a T shirt. read more

We've owned our 330TX for nearly 18 months. Before you dive off and buy one of these machines, you need to budget between $2000 to $3000 per year for parts, exclusive of normal consumable items. Parts are TERRIBLY expensive and you need to be prepared and price your items accordingly. With the help of tech support, on their time schedule, be prepared to spend a day or two installing said parts via Skype. Not all are easy and it can be quite cumbersome. When you do need tech support, be ready for your emails to never reach the intended target. When you call for technical support you will get an answering service as OmniPrint outsources this operation to screen their calls. They will get back with you in time, but if it is urgent you're going to be disappointed. If I had had it to do over I would outsource my DTG work and put the +$20,000 towards a much more profitable venture. When we first purchased this printer I had similar excitement as some of the other reviewers after printing my first garments. The excitement soon fades when you start experiencing frequent and expensive parts repairs and poor technical support. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. If you are considering purchasing anything from this company be prepared to have the worst customer service in the industry. I purchased my first printer directly from them in February 2020 (paid cash). It arrived in July. When they attempted to train me, the machine was defective (right out of the box). They insisted it was user error. Finally after months of going back and forth I threatened to put in a claim with American Express since the $25K printer did not work. They eventually called me back, and sure enough the machine was inoperable. We did get it working after a few weeks. I got 1 good month out of it before it broke again. This time the PrintHead clogged. 1500 dollars later, that got fixed and a couple weeks later the capping station needed replacing. In the process (because of the length of time it took Omniprint to respond) the print head clogged again. This time they replaced it under warranty. Now it is December and I have only gotten about 20 shirts printed and the machine goes down again. Finally in February, another user tells me, SWITCH inks. Omniprint sells bad ink which clogs the heads. So I switched ink in March 2021! It is now December 2021 and my machine is still working flawlessly! On to my next story. In December 2020 I purchased a second printer (used) and had it registered with Omni. It also had Omni Ink in it. This time the white ink was completely solidified in the bottle. When I called in on it, I was told, "you must have put Pretreatment in the white ink bottles". REALLY!! In further research I found others that experienced exactly the same thing. Going back and forth between Omni and myself, I have replace the head 3x on that machine, the capping station 2x (1 time they shipped me a broken one) and the recirculation pump 1x. 12 months later, this machine is still a boat anchor. DEAD as a door nail. In summary, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and run, never to be heard of again!! read more

Worst company to purchase from. My DTF Mini Printer that was over 10k (for the complete package) was ordered on April 15, 2024, it was finally delivered August 9th, I uncreated the items as the video explained step by step to find the unit missing parts (one major safety part). Once it was uncreated there was a lot of cosmetic damages to the printer and the oven. On August 12th I called Marvin (Sales person), which he directed me to Luke (my account manger) I explained to Marvin & Luke that I wanted these items replaced. I have been passed on from Luke, now to Morgan (IT). Morgan is wanting to have me run the machine without the air purifier (which in there first video states do not use the oven with out the Air Purifier, if it does not vent out of the building (in my case it does not). I explained to Morgan the issues that it is more cosmetic, he now tells me there is nothing more he can do, This is a full week later. I call the 800# asking to speak to a supervisor and was told they can not give out supervisor information, I then asked for the supervisors email address and was told that can not be given out, that rep informed me that I would have to go back to Luke (which at this point I have left him several messages and text and never (to this day) heard back from him. On the 20th of August received a call from Josh, which is Morgan's supervisor (IT) wanting to me set up the machine again, I once again explained to him that it is missing the Air Purifier, he proceeds to tell me it "should be safe" (not a chance I am going to take) Again I went into detail of what is going on with the machine. Josh informs me because he is a supervisor he would get ahold of Julio the supervisor that should be taking care of this issue. Needless to say as of 08-22-24 I have not heard from Julio, Josh, Morgan. I do believe this is a great product, but it is worthless (without the Air Purifier) with horrible customer service and lack of communication, worst of all an incomplete system. At this point this is a 10k paper weight. read more

Think twice prior to purchasing a machine from omniprint . The sales reps are great at their job and taking your money . But once you give them your money , there is no refund policy . . And trust me you will definitely look into it . They state that their team is EAGER to help you with any issues you're having .. False . Everytime I need something fixed I have to call and hassle the people to respond to an email , or give me a call . The training isn't the best , they don't train you on everything you need to know . . And the only thing covered in the 2 YEAR WARRANTY is electrical equipment, i.e motherboard , powerplug , etc . I paid off my machine , $25,000 PAID , not leased . I thought I was making a great investment because that's what OmniPrint told me . You spend more money than you will make off this machine . I PROMISE YOU . Everything is expensive and only last up-to a year as far as consumables . The ink is about $200 a liter alone EACH color . And there are 5 colors . Our motherboard stopped working out of no where so our machine has been down nearly 2 weeks now . They're JUST now sending the motherboard . And they're going have us install the motherboatd as if we are technicians or were trained for this . If we don't want to install it , we have to pay for them to come out or put this HEAVY machine on oir car and drive an hour away to have them fix it for us . Why is this not covered in the warranty ? If the electrical parts are covered then the technician should also be covered to fixbthe issue . Also, they Didn't have us flush the machine as they say you must do if you aren't going to be using the machine for 2 weeks to prevent clogging . Instead their tech had us stick the head in $60 nozzle cleaner to sit FOR DAYS. Now he's saying something about a pump which was not stated during our zoom meeting . I looked up the pump which is stated in consumable parts and the pump lasts 6-12 months . Which we also did not recieve training for , nor were we informed of any of this. They're a popular company because they're taking people monet and I'm sure more people are leasing the machine so if they stop making payments, they still get their money and the consumer is now shit out of luck on their credit . Omniprint has certainly disappointed me . This has been the absolute worst experience and if any one wants to purchase my machine holler at me . I paid $24,495 I'll give you the machine for 20k along with my inks and pretreatment. I'll even call suppoet whenever you need assistance with an issue . I purchased this machine January this year . Good morning Jazmin & Victor I wanted to reach out and write you regarding one of your sales reps. Jose Haro. He is the one that helped me from the beginning when I 1st bought my FreeJet330TX. I have been involved in many sales transactions through my years and many times when a sales person sells you what they have to sell you, you don't really hear from them again. They sold and then they pass you on to other people in the company unless you are going to buy something else. I can tell you that if the rest of your sales reps are like Jose then your company will NEVER be slowed down! He has been INCREDIBLE with me and not only with the initial sale process but until present day. I got into this business after leaving a corporate job as VP of Operations and I did not know anything other than some hours I spent on YouTube watching different printing technologies and then different DTG companies. As you can imagine I have encountered so many growing pains being so green at all this but every time I have had a question Jose has been there for me to offer me his experience and advice.  I always tend to call the tech support line so i do not bother him since i know he has other duties he needs to handle such as help grow your business but there have been times where it has been an emergency and i have had to text or call him and he never not answers or calls me back right away. Due to his help he has helped me avoid making big blunders due to things I did not know or helped me be able to accept a new client because he explained to me how to do something which then allowed me to accept the job! He has helped me many times but this weekend was a perfect example. I had a decent size job due this week and it was with a color shirt I had never worked with before(mint color) I called Omniprint on Friday and received the recording that you guys were off for the rest of the week due to the 4th. I was literally stuck on the job and could not proceed without speaking to someone at your company 1st. I decided to take a chance and i text Jose, starting with apologizing that I was interrupting his holiday weekend. He answered me minutes later...like ALWAYS! He not only walked me through my issue I called him with that day but he then text me on his own Sunday curious to know how the job turned out. Who does that these days?!!?! Not many I can tell you that. I was still in the process of finishing and in talking with him Sunday he helped me with something else that I hadn't even known I was doing wrong!  The job turned out AWESOME! I have the plus. First of all, Marvin was my sales rep and he is awesome. I bought and received my Printer and Heat Press right before quarantine and my Dual Pretreat machine soon after and I love it. I was initially going to do a lot of poly work through my distance running connections but that immediately dried up. I leveraged my fashion clients and built my own brand and am doing well so far and growing. The prints are great and it handles detail very well. Not disappointed at all. Maintenance is easy and a focused Facebook page for common problems has helped me tremendously even when I am printing after business hours and on the weekends. I highly recommend. read more

I have 3 machines from Omni. 3 - 330-tx's. I've had them about 3-4 years now. Their life cycle is about 6 months per machine then parts/boards and much more go out on them. I had a belt break mid print and tho it should have been warrantied it wasn't. Once the warranty was over, even tho we were told lifetime tech support with no additional monies to be paid out they want to now charge $199 per issue to speak with anyone. I have 2 machines down and 1 that will work when I do a multitude of things to it to get it going wasting about 2 hours daily just to get my jobs completed. The boards are junk. I've got other machines that are several years old and never had not 1 issues with any of those. I understand DTG, I'm well experienced with it, but these machines are AWFUL!!!!! There have been a couple of people at Omni that have been great and i can't thank them enough for their help, but Victor is producing, marketing and selling equipment that is faulty. He does not speak to you or is approachable at all! HE DOES NOT CARE! I have driven 4 hours to Irvine to drop off machines for repair, pick up parts and talk to them. NOTHING! I can't tell you how many times I've had to talk to tech support or just figure it out. Tech support is absolutely not well versed in the machines, they are guided by a book, most if not all have never even touched a machine, printed a dtg garment or anything. We purchase these machines so why don't we as owners have ALL THE RESOURCES available to us to repair, maintain and take care of what puts food on our tables???? We aren't. So now I pay $199 plus the cost of the boards that need to be replaced to get my machines working again... Just like in September I purchased a printhead, it was faulty. I installed it unknowning that it was faulty and because I didn't install it with a tech they voided any/all warranty with it and I had to repurchase not 1 but 3 heads and main board to get my machines up and running. I've had these machines a LONG TIME I've replaced parts in them without a tech and have had no issue. They are the issue. No customer service, no morals/ethics as a business owner and all they want you to do is keep spending money on faulty equipment.... My sales rep says If you form a relationship with me I can get you better deals. Oh, ok, so I try to reach out to him for assistance don't hear back for days on end and then he charges me shipping and tax when I shouldn't be charged it. I bring it to his attention and he just simply says I'll look in to it and nothing. Wait, what????? This company is horrible. They do not provide owners of the equipment with the appropriate resources to take care of the equipment. And they sell faulty equipment. They will not be accountable. read more

I did a review 2 years ago when i bought the FreeJet 330TX initially and wanted to update a couple of years later. i have LOVED this machine! the prints i have been able to achieve have been incredible and have only gotten better as i have learned more and gotten better. My customers rave about the prints i can attain for them. i also have not had any issues with the machine. Any issues i had were more in the beginning and they had to do with user error in terms of me not knowing how to do something but customer service has been there for me and more so my Account Rep Jose Haro. I have been able to call on him any day any time and he is there to help me resolve an issue i have had. The only thing i have had to do to the machine thus far is replace the pump but that was after 19 months which they told me at the time when i had to replace it that usually its replaced at about 12 months. The one thing i am religious about this machine is the maintenance(the daily, weekly, monthly) i have worked in operations a long time before this and worked with all sorts of industrial machinery and i learned in my time doing that is you have to keep up with that and machines will work great for you so i have brought that mentality now to my own machine. They're actual people who seem to genuinely care about your issues. Without them, my review would not be as light hearted or optimistic. With that being said... my review on the company is a toss up. OUR FAULT- not running the machine everyday due to covid. HOWEVER, maintenance has been performed as instructed without any lapses. OMNIPRINT's Fault- The EXTREMELY expensive (comparatively to other similar printers), has NOT performed at 100% since the day we have gotten it. which i was willing to work with in the beginning because the personnel listed above had the simple goal of making things right with us. But now ( almost a year into fixing problems off and on.. having printed less than 50 shirts) i'm being told that components that are still faulty are no longer covered under warranty.. .. so the product is backed (ish) . Overall A product with the cost being of a new car (literally), should be a perfect machine, and if it's not, it should be handled promptly and free. Omni claims that the Direct Treater Dual is the most consistent spraying pretreatment machine on the market, that is completely false!!!! Ours is almost brand new and it sprays fine for a few shirts, and then there are huge gaps in the spray pattern, and there are NO troubleshooting videos or anything out there online to help with the problem, you have to put in a ticket and stop production to make any headway. I am about to throw this thing out the door and smash it into a million pieces!!! read more

I have been using my Freejet TX for 2 years now and all along the way Omniprint has been a great. When I do have issues or my printer is down, I get it quickly resolved with their tech support. The only thing I would recommend is moving to 24 hour support. It seems I always have issues after normal business hours. That being said I really appreciate the staff over there for allowing me to come down today and train with my new employee and get a refresher course for myself. Live in person training has really been a life saver so I guess I am lucky that I am located near by. Coming from a screen printing background and having had gotten my feet wet with Anajet...this printer is night and day from that nightmare scenario and once I felt comfortable printing on it the quality is amazing! Dealing with the Freejet330tx plus DTG printer, I ran into some mechanical and software problems that obstructed me from continuing production. UPDATE: Omniprint has had lots of communication from me. Paul suggested a replacement machine. (still have that message) Never materialized. Ken vm'd me about taking the machine back. (still have that vm, too) Never materialized. Omniprint promises the moon and gives a pile of rocks. Now that i won't play their games as they try to save face with potential customers they are trying to charge me for parts 6 months later that were sent to try to fix the defect machine I got stuck with.
