One thing I really appreciated was how little traffic there was. In the 6+ months I rented, I honestly never ran into other tenants in that particular building. Heather's customer service was outstanding -- friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Both Heather and Kim went above and beyond trying to retain me as a customer by helping keep my original rental rate despite the upcoming price increase on 5/27. That's real customer service. Kim, the manager, even took the time to leave me a thoughtful voicemail. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this facility. It feels very secure and is nicely tucked away from the general public.
