Our flyers were not handed out properly, and it took some time for the owner to contact me after I left several text messages and a voicemail. Dave finally contacted me and apologized as well as refunded the money for the flyers that were not passed out. Apparently he had a bad employee that he let go after this incident. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because I still feel disappointed. Hopefully he has new people working for him. His previous reviews were very good. I hate to leave a bad review being a business owner myself. But I feel 3 stars is fair with the experience we had. Marketing is the only way to grow your business and it costs a lot of money which we don't have to waste. read more

Dave is an absolute ROCK STAR. There is a reason he has pretty much all 5 star reviews on Yelp. Yelp! lol no one gets 5 star reviews here. We called with unrealistic requests and basically an immediate timeline and he honored everything! Even ran a few himself to make it hit the next day deadline. Our company, Coastline Masonry found Dave at Serenity Flyer Distribution about a month ago and used him for our first time. We called Dave after we had another flyer distribution company basically screw us and falsely distribute our flyer's. We were a little nervous and apprehensive about hiring another company in fear the same thing would happen. I met with Dave and he reassured me he will get everything out and let me know if he was not able to full fill my request. Everything turned out GREAT, he was fast, on time and did a wonderful job. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! Staples is one of those places where I always know where everything is at when I walk through the door. For the most part, unless they are short-staffed, there is a variety of people to help you out to find anything you need. This particular Staples was my go-to when I lived in Southern California, I did not expect to stop by here again, but yet here I am, as I was in need of a refill cartridge for my ballpoint pen that a friend had given me. I wasn't quite sure which one it was so I did ask for help on the floor and within minutes someone came around to ask how they could help. I appreciate the friendliness, and the willingness to help. I found my exact cartridge for my ink pen and was super stoked to find a combo pack which dropped the price down significantly. If you're in Costa Mesa and you need any sort of office supply, you can imagine Staples would be the place to go. The store is neat and clean, well stocked, and has people there who actually enjoy what they do. Bottom line? When I'm in the Costa Mesa area I will go out of my way to go to this particular Staples as they got me what I need and we're eager to help.
