This was the Rosemary Truffle Sea Salt Caramel. I love Rosemary and it was indeed there as described as well as the sea salt. But with both of these caramels the flavor description was more on the subtle side of things so don't expect the single flavors be too terribly dominant over the the general Caramel flavor concept. It's definitely on the down lo... the subtle side of things as far as that goes. But it isn't really anything negative as far as having it be a deterrent from trying the caramels as they are well made and nice and chewey.
