The owner Frank is such an AMAZING guy. His team literally got RIGHT TO IT! Once I was done getting my car serviced, he told me to leave a review and little did he know, I was already 20 steps ahead He runs this shop like how EVERY tire shop should be ran! So professional, transparent, got right to pricing as soon as I pulled up, and made it clear how much each service would be. One of his guys removed my tire without hesitation, didn't have me waiting long AT ALL, and Frank (the owner) charged me $20 which didn't break my pockets at all! He told me to drive it around for 25 mins to ensure the notification light doesn't come back on, if it does, bring it back if not then call me a lucky girl!! They did an AMAZING, efficient job to say the least. I will definitely be coming back if anymore tire issues occur & even for future services like a wheel alignment and all that fun stuff! Pretty good shop. I came here needing a tire last weekend. I called the shop and spoke with the owner to get a quote. It was $109 for a brand new tire minus tax. I arrived and was quickly seen. I've been here twice now--first for a tire replacement and again after a flat. The service is consistently fast and friendly. I used to go to the shop across the street, but the wait times were brutal. This place is a game-changer. The new owner is super welcoming and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. I was first referred to this place by a AAA tow truck driver. I had a large nail in my tire and they were able to repair it from the inside. They did a great job and it never leaked. This visit on the same tire I hit a huge pothole and the side of my tires had a bad leak. Luckily after filling it up 3 times along the way to the shop I was able to get it repaired quickly. The day before I called Frank the owner. Super nice guy and very accomotative. They did not have the tire in stock but was able to order it for me and have it early in the morning. The price of the tire with mounting and balancing was a great price. As good as the prices on the internet. I went ahead and order it and it was ready for me the next morning. Frank called me up and I was good to go. Overall a great place to get tires at a great price and great installation team to perform install. Thank you Frank! read more

Great experience here! I got a flat going to work so I got towed in. They were super helpful when I pulled up.Whole staff was nice & the job was done fast. I have an older truck so my type of tires are harder to find but they had them & gave me a better price than other places I had called while waiting on the tow truck. Ordered four new tires online and sent them to be installed here. Didn't really have an appointment, just kinda showed up and they took care of me right away. Super cool guys--friendly, funny and on the level. My boyfriend lost my wheel lock key, so they checked to make sure it was okay for them to break the wheel lock, which I appreciated. I knew that was inevitable and figured I'd just get a new wheel lock online, but they were able to find me one there that fit (totally wasn't expecting that, as most parts for my car have to be special ordered) and only charged me a few bucks for it. So cool of them. Was in and out way quicker than expected and they did excellent work. I'll definitely be back (and have already sent a couple people in need of tire service their way). 10/10 recommend! read more

I usually come here to get air in my tires when it's going flat but I went today to check out my tires and to see if I needed an alignment. I give these guys a 5 star rating. Reason: On my way from Arizona on the 91 freeway I had the misfortune of running over a piece of metal that was in the roadway. Of course it shedded my tire. I went a big book who basically made me feel like I was a bother when I asked could they get me a like tire. So I walked next door to this little guy, The House of tires. The young lady came out gathered tire information and quoted me right away. I said order it for me. Later that day get call from big book telling me that could get the tire. Quoted me a cost that $50 more than The House of Tires. I of I said no need to order. Had they provided me service when I went there I would wasted $50. 5 stars: The House of Tires. read more

Terrible service! Don't be fooled this is NOT the original owner from a few years ago. The service sucks. I was in disbelief how long I had to wait on a Wednesday early afternoon for a simple tire patch. I had purchased tires from there 2 weeks prior to this incident. Also, This rookie almost broke my side panel because he was doing it wrong!!! Sheesh! Do not come here you better off driving to another shop! On top of this one worker told me where to park yet I had to move my car multiple times like just annoying. read more

As a woman, I hate, hate, hate doing anything care related: I always feel like I'm somehow going to get swindled. If I could give this shop zero stars, I absolutely would. I bought two tires from this place, and unbelievably, they gave me a tire that already had a nail puncture in it. This is not a small mistake -- it is dangerous, irresponsible, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. When I went back to get the issue fixed, the staff did not apologize, did not take responsibility, and instead treated me with extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. Their attitude was shocking. They acted as if I was bothering them, even though they were the ones who sold me a damaged tire. Selling unsafe tires and then being rude to customers who simply want what they paid for is absolutely unacceptable. This shop clearly has no standards, no customer service, and no respect for people's safety. I will never return here, and I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this place. There are many honest and respectful tire shops out there -- this is definitely not one of them. read more

This used to be my go-to tire shop since I have four cars at home. The previous owner was nice, honest, and always took great care of his customers. He even offered a free tire rotation six months after buying tires, whicI recently visited the new owner, and things took a turn. He asked for a receipt for that free rotation, which I totally forgot about. Instead of honoring what the previous owner had done, I ended up paying $35 for the rotation. As a local customer, I really expected better. Never coming back read more

Let me start off by saying WOW!!!! Came here thinking I needed my tires replaced because my tire pressure light was on after I thought I successfully filled my tires with air. When I got to The Tire House I was told my tires were good and just needed air. I then told them about my car shaking when I would brake and they checked the rotors and brake pads and was told my pads were good so I could wait about 3 months, others places would have used any opportunity to take my money but they were honest and because of that I still had them do the work because the shaking was getting on my nerve and the price they were charging was an amount that was great for my budget. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or brake service with honest people. read more

I been going to this place for years and had no idea that the old owner retired, my sister needed work done on her car and the new owner was great. Very honest with us and with females that do not know about cars, this was greatly appreciated. We were expecting a lot to be done so that she could feel comfortable putting her car on the road. Joe is gone. They charge way more now. I paid $90 per each tire. Walmart was selling the same tire for $50 per each. Change of ownership. Be ready to pay more if you are okay with it. read more

Been awhile that I needed new tires, I needed all 4, I knew what brand tires I wanted, called them up told them the size, they told me it'll a take a day and I told them when I'll be there. I called the day before to make sure the tires were there went the next morning at opening, one car was ahead of me, I was out of there in 30 min. Such an easy transaction, go in get out it was great. Definitely recommend going there and their prices are very competitive or out right cheaper than most places around the area. They also rotate your tire for free every 4 months if needed. Why would you go anywhere else. Search on the internet for the tires you want and then call them to get a quote. They will give you the balance and mount price out the door. I bought 4 arroyo grand sport 2 tires, you should do some research these were not Chinese made tires, I went with them because the price was good arroyo gives 55k warranty and rated very good. Their tires are Thailand made or European. They make high performance tires and off road tires for trucks. You'd be amazed by the price. I was blown away by the price and quality. read more

They have multiple service bays, not just in the main area but in another section as well. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. When the replacement part they received turned out to be defective, they handled it quickly and made it right without any hassle. Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary rides to and from my home while my car was being repaired. Maria and Mario were both incredibly kind. Ace's had me in a rental car the same day I reported the claim, and about a week and a half later my car was ready. I honestly think it looks better than when I bought it. The paint is flawless, the headlights are crystal clear, the alignment is perfect, and the overall finish makes it feel like a brand-new car. That's a huge difference and made the first quote feel very inflated. I strongly recommend getting multiple estimates before committing to repairs here. Transparency and fair pricing matter, and customers deserve reasonable quotes.
