We ended up having Quality West replace our boiler, add an additional zone to the basement and install three thermostats, one for each floor. Rob and his expert team (Bob and "The Kid") did a wonderful job and performed the job in 2.5 days. They setup very efficiently and cleaned up well. When I expressed reasonable frustration over a wasted afternoon and said this was ridiculous, the dispatcher offered zero empathy or accountability, gave a cold "Okay, bye," and hung up.
