They asked to come Wednesday morning instead, which was a cold day. They asked on Tuesday, not far out to be able to see the weather report. I thought , cool earlier means it will work during the hot days coming. Well, nothing got fixed. My landlord had me contact them to arrange coming back with me directly. They mentioned to me that usually when it's cold they have to reschedule those people to a warmer day because they can't get an accurate read when it's too cold out. I gave the lady 3 days this week that would work for me, she said she would research it Monday would work and let me know. I told her I was at work and email is best because I can respond while cleaning up between clients but can't always call. She emailed me to say Monday wouldn't work, but nothing about Tuesday or Thursday. So I responded back about those days with no response. I emailed again that due to their mistake in rescheduling me to a cold day, per their excuse for the immaculate diagnosis, I will now be without ac all week and it's supposed to be pretty hot. I asked to be prioritized in scheduling since this error was theirs, which again, they admit. They said they would not be coming back since I am not happy so far. So, because you messed up and I agreed to let you come back but just asked to be prioritized in doing so you try to make me feel like I went off or something? Here is the email where I professionally asked to basically get this taken care of asap because it shouldn't have happened in the first place on their part. Why should I have to suffer longer because you changed my appointment to a day you couldn't accurately do a diagnosis, the exact thing you were called out to do? Now me and my dogs must suffer in a hot house until someone else can come out.

The tech spent no less than 3 hours deep cleaning every part of our furnace and fully inspecting every component. The cleaning and certification fee was a bit more than the competition but you truly get what you pay for. Our furnace looked nearly brand new when he was done both inside and out. Do you want a guy with a spray bottle and a roll of paper towels to wipe down the outside surfaces or an honest guy to fully disassemble and deep clean every part ensuring longevity of your furnace? If you're shopping around, be sure to ask what all they do as part of the cleaning (pull out the blower motor and scrub it clean, check bearings, test capacitor, physically check the heat exchanger with a camera, lubricate all moving parts, etc). I believe that no honest company can completely and thoroughly clean your furnace for some of the cheap prices I was quoted when shopping around. So, while the cleaning and certification may cost a bit more than the competition, it will keep your furnace running smooth for many years to come and keep you from forking over $5k for an unnecessary furnace. I will definitely use OMS for all of our future needs!

I've had two different technicians come to my house and they've both been fantastic! I had the furnace and A/C replaced, and was so happy with the job that I had them add a thermostat (Nest) and a tankless water heater. Everything works perfectly! I had a tankless water heater put in at my last residence, and had nothing but problems with it and with the company that put it in. Same problem with the A/C in my last residence. I'm SOOOO happy I found them! Before I had them replace the thermostat, I was on vacation when the old one stopped working during the winter. They were able to get out to my house immediately (a few hours later) and fix the issue before anything froze. It was a Saturday at 8pm! I've recommended B.C. to another friend, and he thanked me profusely after they worked with him. The previous companies he worked with were inadequate, to say the least, and he's extremely happy with B.C. I can't recommend them enough! Now if I could only find a competent plumber... :)

I have recently had three excellent visits from 888 Heating. I needed to have some periodic…read moremaintenence done on our heating system. When I saw 888's high reviews, I called them. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone and made my appointments, but she was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Matt came to do the maintenance. He showed me how horribly dirty the inside of the furnace was. Yikes! I should mention that our "periodic" maintenance was far from the recommended annual maintenance, and the furnace is old. Anyway, he cleaned it beautifully and inspected it. The air in the house even smelled better. And he recommended having the ducts cleaned.   Alexander came to clean the ducts. He showed me lots of dust and dirt, and apparently animal hair inside. When he was done, I could see how incredibly clean the ducts were, and how much ugly stuff he had vacuumed out. The house smelled even better!  Shortly after the duct cleaning, the furnace stopped heating. The ignition had worn out. It was working when Matt came, but it was just old and happened to wear out. So I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who came and replaced the ignition the same day I called. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. They have always provided an amazingly quick response, which I especially appreciated with a cold night on the way. And I was very impressed by the outstanding knowledge and attitude of every one of the technicians I met. They were willing to explain everything I wanted to know, and in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend 888 Heating to anyone looking for excellent heating or air conditioning service!
