Absolutely fabs, beginning with the service. I called to be sure of the hours of operation. The woman was extremely polite and welcomed me to make an order over the phone. I get there and not only is the place clean but I am again welcomed with smiles and pleasantness. The prices were low and the food looked amazing. I ordered Dungeness crabs with shrimp and mussel platter, a fried fish platter with two types of fish with shrimp and fries and finally a wing platter for my son. The food was amazing, the only reason I didn't give five stars is due to the fact that we had to season the food. I always order ahead for pick up as there is no dine in. The food is plenty and usually good. I only have 1 complaint because one time my sautéed blue crabs were overcooked. They precook the crabs, season them and freeze them with the butter then they steam them per your order. So I guess the crabs are cooked twice. I love the steamed shrimp, fried shrimp, broccoli, potatoes, carrots, mussels. The corn was always overcooked. The people are nice. I will definitely order again and will only get the sautéed blue crabs the next time I'm willing to take a chance on them. read more

Went here for the first time today. They are a bit pricey but the guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly so I ended up buying a few items. I've been looking for Dungeoness crab's and had a hard time finding them. They were $19.99 a pound so I got a pound of the Dungeoness crabs, six large fried shrimp and a fried fish sandwich. The fried shrimp and the fish sandwich were $4.99 each. I ate the shrimp right away in the car you get to put your own toppings on it like cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, hot sauce etc. today they did not have any fresh fish but on any other day other than Wednesdays they sell fresh fish too. I will definitely go back again because it was very convenient and they have plenty of fish in stock. I definitely recommend that folks try it here. read more

I'm giving it a 1 star, not necessary because of the food but because of the customer service. I went in and ordered right away (I came for fried shrimp) with the young lady at the front, paid, and was told to wait 10 minutes. Though the store is quite large, there was one little seating/waiting area with someone already sitting there. So I was standing near the side, just looking at the menu on top, browsing at the glass counter to see what else they offered. Suddenly some older Korean lady comes out from the back and asks if I'm Korean (I am) and where I came from? I wanted to say I came from home? But I said I saw it on yelp. She just kept staring and left. So I'm still waiting for my order then suddenly she's comes out again and yells in Korean, "if you're going to order, then order! I don't like that you are looking at my store!" I was speechless and for a second, very lost for words. So I said "uh I ordered already, I'm just waiting for it." Her face turned from annoyance to busted. I can't believe that lady thought I was just standing there looking at her store! Why the heck will I be standing in there without ordering?! I ordered here because I've been a part of this neighborhood all of my life, and wanted to check the new place out. I had the 12 fried shrimp platter with fries and marinara sauce. The fries were average and the sauce was good. But let me tell you about the shrimp. The breading was good, but when I opened one up, I couldn't stop laughing. The shrimp is super small and hidden with layer upon layer of bread crumbs. But that wasn't the worst. Each "shrimp" was made up of two tiny shrimp held together at the head! You won't get that much food for $10 at Burger King down the street. BK gives you who knows what kind of meat they use. While this seafood spot uses real everything. Easy choice for me. I have mixed feelings about this place. Usually I go straight to the point but I have mixed feelings. The first time I went there, I ordered the scallops and shrimp fried platter. The shrimp was very good, it was crispy, not burnt, and a nice taste to it. The fried scallops tasted like scallops, it didn't blow me away just tasted like scallops but it was fried. The fries it came with was good nice crunch and outer curst to it. Today I went again to get their fried whiting fish and shrimp boiled platter. The whiting fish was bland, no salt added. I'm not expecting restaurant quality fish but at least add salt to it. The shrimp was the most disappointing part of my meal. When you eat the shrimp, the texture of it feels a little mushy and had an off taste to it. The butter and garlic sauce it came with was good. Oh yeah the bottom of the fish looked alittle green so I would be concerned. Not saying that their seafood is not fresh! Probably the practices in this place is what makes the seafood looks and taste the way they are. Big waste of money, I ordered a steam platter for $30.95 + tax. The muscles were not cleaned properly and had sand in them; and the shrimp were not deveined so they still had their intestinal tracks. I will not go here again. Since I had to throw out most of the muscles because of the sand and not cleaning shrimp properly can make you sick. read more
