They go me in right away and despite a delay on my appointment was still way sooner than the competition and far more convenient. He was super friendly and got it done way sooner than we expected. My appointment was 10am-2pm (not a normal appointment time but they squeezed me in due to my windshield being delayed but weather happens) and he finished at 10:50, quick and easy! He did a scan with my vehicle and went through everything with me for transparency. He stayed professional throughout the whole process. Poor guy had to deal with a customer who drives a Lexus before me and that customer was so rude and was screaming at him and I felt really bad for him. However with the fancy sensors and cameras on a Volvo they were not able to calibrate so I had to bring my car back after they ordered an OEM windshield from Volvo. First of all, I had to get this done in the AM to be able to get done other things. I was not prepared to LEAVE my home when they called saying I had to come in instead of a home service so I had not eaten anything and could only grab a protein drink and get on the road. In the video they send "please prepare for your appointment" it says this is a 30 to 60 minute JOB INCLUDING SETTING OF THE GLUE. THIS TOOK over 2.5 HOURS! I was livid. I would have ubered home and back if I had known or had someone pick me up?! Let alone all the glass shards all over my dash and MISSING ANTENNA THEY HAVE TO REPLACE. This place was disgusting in the waiting room and it was early AM. Do they ever clean it? Did we not just have a pandemic? Uncomfortable armed chairs provided terrible positioning to relax or do my morning stretches. Sun shining in on gross beige walls and now grey salt covered floors. Bathroom was out of date too but at least seemed clean and not many ladies on site to use it anyways. Just avoid this location at all costs. If they are assigned to you, cancel your appointment and go to another location or a different shop.
