The staff was so friendly and of course Shadow was his charming self until it came to the exam lol. They were gentle with him and gave him plenty of treats afterwards . His Doctor was friendly and very enthusiastic about Shadow being in such good shape . He has nice teeth , clean ears, clear lungs . Knowing all of this made me relax more. He got a clean bill of health with the exception that he's FIV positive. Shadow is the only cat in our house and he's strictly a indoor cat. Even with that he can and will live a full life . One of the ladies did agree with me that he looks like he's part Russian Blue. In terms of cost the initial exam was free because we adopted him from LHS . I did pay for some additional testing and I think it was a fair price . Shadow does have pet insurance for those just in case moments hopefully they'll be none of those. Shadow will continue to to there for check ups and future shots .

At check in, feeding times, medications, toys, any behaviors were discussed and written down. I said the bath wasn't necessary due to our older dog not liking water. The groomer said she'd try. I was surprised to find out she had no issues with baths or nails. We were sent pictures daily and they were having such fun. Little notes were included too. We will be using them again.

She has stayed a loyal customer and has continued because her cats records remain there and she is up to date on everything. I am writing this review from my visit with her in May 2026. We walked in with myself, my friend and my granddaughter. First my friend approaches the counter to pay for her cats medicine. She asks the guy at counter a question and is completely ignored. She asks again and he rolls his eyes and then asks her which meds did she want the most expensive or the cheapest and my friend answered saying I want the more expensive one because I feel it works better. He went and got it and rudely comments.... Do you want a receipt. The whole time acting like he was irritated and put out by her mere presence and definitely when asked any questions. I couldn't believe the customer service there. How rude and obviously rude at that. I then asked to see the kittens. The lady said we could, but needed to wash our hands. We all obliged. We went back to see the kittens and the whole time we were back there. I felt very out of place myself. My granddaughter didn't move much at all. My friend looked and talked to the kittens. We were rushed and the guy came in and said people coming it was was time for us to go. My friend asked when the kittens would be available to adopt and was pretty much shut down when the lady said it would be when they were weaned from their mother but they would have to see if she could even be able to get one. She wasn't able to even ask for a specific one to put on hold, but then we were told they were all available except two which tells me someone put them on hold. (but that isn't the big deal here, it is just part of the visit) So we then hurried on up front. My granddaughter told me she needed to use the potty. (We are potty training, so I didn't want to make her wait and we are fast) So I explained we needed to borrow the potty and we would be on our way.... More eye rolling and a little huff and puff and faces made. I am not one to write reviews. Good or bad, but this was something that bothered me and has continued to stay mind. It bothered me to see my friend be so looked down up on in the kitten room and to be so ignored and have faces made at the counter. If I had my way. She would never step foot in there again. It was a terrible experience and the worst customer service I have seen yet this year.
