I go before starting an exercise program because I want to know things are in the correct place before strengthening the muscles around the bones. We also like that there are no appointments, you just show up and always get in, although you might wait a bit if there are people in front of you. They take many insurances, but not Medicaid.

I also tried the 30 min foot reflexology massage - they definitely use strong hands and got some good relief on my calf muscles. They also give you water and a towel to cover your face so that you don't have to awkwardly sit there and watch them. I have the note from the Dr. recommending a 2 month plan so why they think it would be transparent that they continue to bill me beyond that is ludicrous. The "cancel in person" option is so red-flaggy and purposely complicated and unethical according to my bank and credit card company. I have already disputed the unauthorized charge on my credit card and unfortunately would not recommend this place anymore since the feeling of being scammed and duped is the last taste in my mouth . I did not have a lot of money to spend but their focus on self care and wellness made me feel like I could splurge a little bit and focus on myself for 2 months. Now I feel taken advantage of and tricked when I was in vulnerable and trying to find a resolution to body pain.
