Warning... do not use this towing company if you can help it. They wait around the corner for people to park in the parking spaces for visitors at the apartments near by. It isn't marked very well on purpose in many of the apartments in Denton (probably because they get paid a commission to the apartment building owners, just yet another way to be greedy and make money) and very confusing on what is okay parking. You have to get a visitor parking sticker, but even then they tow people's cars and the legal battle isn't worth it so some people just pay it. I hope the other one star reviewers that said that they are going to sue them actually do, please let me know I would like to help in that legal battle. Here's my suggestion........ APARTMENTS NEED TO put signs that are very clearly shown in every parking spot. MAKE IT AS OBVIOUS AS POSSIBLE. Put a warning sticker or sign on the vehicle and if there after 24 hrs. then tow it but it shouldn't be immediately towed and in visitor's parking spots at that. It wasn't even a space that was assigned to anyone!! And to the towing company ......... stop hanging out around the corner just waiting to make your greedy money. Your company has a deal with the apartment managers and everyone knows it!!!!! To those that have been wronged by this company, I suggest that you report them to the BBB and make a claim. Spend 20 with the justice of the peace court and make a file. Also, give them a review on Google as well. Everyone needs to know about this and maybe get an uber to your friend's apartment because it will be cheaper than the towing fee! There are not safe places to park even if you have a legit visitor sticker so be very aware! Read the negative reviews, how they stay in business is beyond me. Super shady way to run a business. Like a group of Vultures, these lowlife scavengers prowl the apartment complexes around UNT searching for their next quick and easy victim. Their hunting grounds are apartment complexes that do not offer visitor or street parking for the residents' friends/family. They know this, and they exploit the opportunity to prey on broke college students and their parents. They do not care if the parking lot is littered with empty parking spots, they're just out to make a quick dollar off of unaware victims. In my case, I caught them before they could drive off with my vehicle. They told me I had 15 minutes to get them cash to drop my vehicle. They never gave me the option to pay via Credit or Debit cards (which I now understand is illegal). Despite me catching them, they still charged me an absurd amount to simply put my vehicle down. These people are making cash, that may or may not be reported/recorded, not legally informing their victims of their payment options, and obviously targeting lower income/student living areas in Denton. This should be considered criminal activity, especially given the numerous accounts of 'cash only' drops. It seems that this towing company is banking on vehicle owners not knowing their rights, and this is an unethical business practice. If exploiting the fellow members of your community for monetary gain is your thing, then this business is right up your alley. read more

There's no empathy, no professionalism--just pressure. Fees are either unclear upfront or suddenly inflated once your vehicle is already hooked up, leaving you feeling trapped with no real options. What's worse is how they handle payment. Instead of working with you or showing any understanding of difficult situations, they double down with threats of additional charges, storage fees, or even holding your vehicle hostage. It feels less like a service and more like a setup. Customer service? Practically nonexistent. Calls go unanswered or you're met with rude, dismissive responses. They don't care about resolving issues--only about getting paid as quickly as possible. Avoid this company at all costs. During my recent visit on 11/1 to the company, I had an unpleasant experience with the staff at the front desk. The two ladies responsible for providing the services were unprofessional and needed more basic courtesy. Despite my requests, they refused to help me with the required services and were dismissive of my concerns. The company has a strict policy of not making any exceptions during the registration process, which was not displayed on the sign at the front desk. Unfortunately, my car was towed while I was walking away from it, and when I saw the tow truck with my car behind me, it was too late, and I had to follow the tow truck down the road to retrieve it. To my surprise, I was charged $180 for the car being there for just one minute; as per their policy, it says that it is $20 per hour. The company's policy is unfair, and the staff's behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I believe you guys should stop asking for fake reviews, as we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when paying $180. I will be submitting a complaint to the TDLR. read more

The guys that work here are some of the nicest and most genuine people that I've ever met. They work non-stop and are always sacrificing their time with their loved ones as soon as they are called. They are under appreciated and listen to people complain and sometimes worse 24hrs a day. People never cease to amaze me, they do not want to be held accountable for not following the rules. They did not make these rules, but the property owners. Signs are ALWAYS posted, pictures are always taken, and tows are always justified! Not only do these guys pull you out on a snowy day when you get stuck, they also help people in need like donating clothes to kids less fortunate. So before you conjour up whatever lame excuse you can to try and get your car back after breaking the rules, they've heard them all why not try being accountable for your mistakes and you might get a little compassion and maybe even a different result. Honestly just a bunch of pathetic dishonest bottom feeders working here. They prey on college students who barely have any money of their own. I had to help out my friend and my boyfriend who both got towed in the past 2 days. They were parked in an area that didn't have any kind of sign to indicate that towing was enforced, it was a huge parking space with barely any cars in it. During the 2021 blizzard my car slid into a curb and got pretty badly stuck but he pulled up and could not have been more helpful getting the car out, to my house, and was very nice to talk to.
