(Confirmed by Mechanic) The new $640 drive shaft failed in 25 miles. I called in explaining the issue and the new representative I spoke with was beyond unhelpful. Didn't look for a new part, didn't order a new part. He was worried they would have to eat the cost of the warranty replacement. I was told to call back in 2 days when the owner would be in store. And then put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on. It's Mother's Day weekend. I was on my way to Utah from PHX. Zero effort to reach a resolution was made. I sincerely hope this can be resolved and have no intention of leaving such a negative post if I can get the correct part in a timely manner. Had my mom pick up stuff to do an oil change while she was in town and she came back with a 110 dollar receipt because they were "price comparing" and forgot to remove items. They also charged for 7 quarts and sent her home with 5 when I needed 6. Also thought it was strange that it was individual quarts because the rep swore it was cheaper that way than the bulk jug. I let that go after a trip down there to get her refunded something like 60 dollars and get the right items. More recently my wife needed a battery for her car and chose to go get one while I was away from cell service on a job. She tells me she spent over 200 on a battery for her Nissan Altima and I thought hmm I guess she got a nice optima battery, turns out it's some Napa gold garbage brick with terrible reviews online. Ladies be warned these sales guys at Napa will prey on you and sell you the most expensive possible options all day long. Perhaps it's incompetence, but be weary.

I thought the…read moredamage was limited to an exhaust leak but it had a very unusual and inconsistent sound, so I was concerned about continuing our trip and breaking down in our awesome Arizona heat. Since it was Sunday and a holiday weekend, I wasn't optimistic. We found this shop was open. Huge thanks and kudos to Carl and Victor for inspecting the van on and off the lift right away and showing me that the only significant damage was a crushed exhaust pipe, and it appeared safe for us to continue home. That kind of service and goodwill is not super common these days. We are not just thankful, we won't forget! If you live in this area, I recommend this shop.
