The staff is relatively friendly enough and I had no real issues. It was a decent enough place to grab a cold drink before meeting a few friends for dinner. If you are looking for a happening, hipster type bar, than Blackie's Bar is definitely not the place for you. This is the type of bar that caters 6 crowd that is more there in the bar to drink and not worry about ambiance or anything as frivolous as that. Lol.
