Between my husband and I, we both put a couple of hard core superficial scuffs on our bumper. We hired Robert to fix the paint and he did not disappoint! He even fixed a crack. After he was done with it, you couldn't tell anything happened to it! His prices are very reasonable too. It's no wonder he has five stars across the board. We highly recommend!! Thank you Robert!

My new student driver son backed my Tesla out of the garage and right into my garage door frame. Immediately I came to yelp to see if I could find someone to fix it that wasn't Tesla because that would have cost me an arm and a leg. I found Robert's page and was amazed by the 5 star reviews. Let me tell you , he earned each and everyone of those reviews because he is THE BEST. He had my Tesla back to 100% in a couple of hours. He came to my home and completed the repair in my garage. Had these guys repair our bumper after some awesome individual ram into it in a parking lot. On The Spot was quick to respond, asked for pictures of the damage, and provided a quote very quickly. Having had to drop cars off at a body shop for similar repairs in the past it was nice to have the work done at my house and not leave the car at a shop for a week or more. They repaired the damage cheaper than my deductible and it took less than a few hours. I highly recommend this company for this type repair as it will definitely save you money and time.

Robert does absolutely amazing work. Very professional, accommodating, and communicative during the whole process. I reached out to many other shops and did not feel the same professionalism like I did from Robert. Robert was able to repair the dent/crack on my bumper within an hour or 2 only, I didn't have to leave my car at a shop for days/weeks like other shops quoted me. Also even though I only requested to fix the huge crack on my bumper , Robert repaired the small other small chips / cracks on my bumper as well. The guys a magician. See before and after photos. While some may say those were tiny little dings, to me, they looked like craters. My request for an appointment was answered promptly. The other day, I accidentally backed my car into my garage wall, causing a scratch on my right rear bumper. I went to Yelp immediately looking for a good place to get it fixed. One place wanted to charge me $500 to $600 and keep my car for 3 days to repair it! Low & behold this place popped up! I was able to email all of my information, send pictures and Robert was so great to call me back the same day. I was so lucky that he had something available the same week. He gave me an estimated quote over the phone and I was able to make my appointment for Wednesday. Robert was on time and it only took him 1.5 hours to complete the repair. Thank you Robert! The reviews are true and decided to go with Robert because of them. I am one happy customer! My car was hit in the parking lot and the lovely person who hit my car left. Thanks person who hit me at the Temecula mall. I didn't know what to do and was very upset since I just bought the car. Anyways I did not want to spend an arm and a leg since it wasn't my fault. Most auto body shops wanted $300 to $600! Robert provided me with a quote over texting just by sending pictures of the damage. I found On the spot bumper plus (Robert) on Yelp. I had backed into my daughters parked car in my driveway. I called Robert, he was so kind and came out that day to get the huge dent out ( which I really appreciated) then we scheduled a date for him to come out and do the body work. He is AMAZING! This the second time I have used Robert to take care of my SUV... The first time was normal wear and tear rock chips, door digs, and he did a fantastic job. This time I called him out as we had a bumper accident in the parking lot. Robert came out today, set up shop and got to work. Couple hours later he was finished. I have an Allegro Bus motorhome that is pampered and well taken care of. One sunny day while backing into my driveway, the glare from the sun was so bad I didn't quite clear the mailbox, hit it, and put a 4 in scuff mark on my rear quarter panel and was heart broken. I was referred to Robert, the owner of On The Spot Bumpers Plus, called him and he returned my call the same day. I sent him pictures of the damage and he informed me he believed he could make it look new without having to paint the whole quarter panel like most body shops would do. Although, I had to wait a few weeks due to Robert's schedule,...the wait was well worth it!! Robert was very professional and cordial. I watched as Robert prepped the damage, so many intricate steps, I was amazed and could tell this guy knows his stuff!! After a couple of hours, I could not believe how Robert made the damage look like it was never there!! Max looked brand new again!! Paint matched perfect and blended into the rest of the panel with perfection!! I can not thank Robert enough for coming out to my home in an area he normally does not service, but I am so grateful he did and appreciate it and the job he did on Max!! I had a rather large scratch on my bumper along with a puncture and some scuffing on the paint. Robert was more than happy to come out and fix it all up for me. He showed up when he said he would, he was extremely friendly and professional, and he took pride in his work. He took his time to make sure the end product was just as good if not better than it was before it was damaged. He made sure every little detail was accounted for as well. Excellent work! I contacted On the Spot Bumpers after viewing their amazing before and after pictures. Somehow the paint peeled off the back of my newer car leaving the metal underneath exposed, and looking like an eyesore. I got an estimate and appointment easily, and the price was good. The owner does all the work himself and comes to your house so you don't have to drop your car off anywhere which was awesome. He has been doing this work for many many years and it truly shows in the amazing quality and craftsmanship of his work. I also learned that at the dealership they just have someone randomly come once a week to do this type of work so it's not even being done by an in-house person anyway if you go that route, just FYI. It's been a month and a half since my paint was repaired and after many washings everything looks fantastic. My car actually looks better than it did prior to the paint coming off! Super happy with Robert and On the Spot Bumpers Plus! Robert contacted me immediately and got me a quote and explained everything to me. It was a great price and he squeezed me in within a couple of days. He came out, was super nice and did a great job! I can't tell where any of the scratches or damage was! He went around my whole vehicle to see if there was anything else I haven't seen yet in order to take them out and make the car look brand new. Robert showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do. He was very professional and knew what's he is doing. Very easy going personality. Best thing is he comes to your house and do the job on your driveway. No mess either. Price is much less than collision center. Don't take your car to those places, they will rip you off. One place gave me $850 quote. Robert did the job for 65% less, even better,job is done at your home in 3 hours for us. I would highly recommend him. Yelp reviews got me hiring him. read more

Robert came out today to repair my bumper and fender on my Infiniti QX80. I'd called body shops, but the prices were unreal. I scratched against a pole, and after reading reviews, contacted Robert. Robert was extremely nice and helpful. He did such an amazing job, at a fraction of the price. There were even other scratches he buffed out without charging me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional repair, at a very fair price. I was washing my car and saw some unexpected gouges on my rear bumper. I didn't have time to repair it to the shop till I heard that mobile services can repair it the same day. I called some businesses around Riverside County to see if they repair my bumper but they were only recommend the body shop. Luckily, I found Robert on Yelp and he was able to fix it and drive from Temecula to Riverside. Price was super reasonable and he arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. Had a wonderful experience with On The Spot Bumper Plus! I came across their page through yelp & they were quick to respond back to me. Within a couple of days later Robert (the owner) came out to my house and had my rear bumper repaired, The whole process was extremely fast, and it wasn't a inconvenience at all since they come to your home. I'm really glad I found on the spot bumper plus, not only was a quick and easy process but the price was just in my range where it didn't burn a hole through my pockets! Absolutely an awesome job! A quality repair and the proof is in the photos. Robert gave me a quote via text, by just looking at photos that I sent to him. We scheduled an appointment and Robert promptly came to my home and did the necessary repairs. What you really need to know is Robert is very professional, he honored his original quote, which was literally half of what the dealership quoted me and he did an amazing job with the repair. I rubbed along a curb and scratched the ground effects on a brand new 435i with 38 miles on it. Needless to say, I was hesitant to bring the car anywhere except to a body shop. After a few quotes exceeding $950, I requested an estimate through Robert's website. When he replied with a $150 quote, I became even more apprehensive. However, after I spoke with Robert over a few more emails and finally over the phone, I set an appointment. Robert arrived promptly and discussed exactly what he was going to do. His quote remained $150. Robert went to work and a few hours later, I was in awe at his work. He said if I got real close, I'd be able to see the blend, but even with a bright light, I cannot. I had just moved to Corona and I managed to have my bike fall over and hit the side of my brand new 2010 Nissan Maxima. As you can imagine I was very upset about it. When I first look for a dent repair person I couldn't find anyone in my area so I turned to craigslist. Bad idea! The guy on craigslist sanded down everything and spray painted and everything appeared to look good. I had the car detailed and all the paint came off and the car was in worse condition then before! About a month ago I received a parking lot dent in the door of my 2005 Toyota Tundra the size of a small frying pan. I found On the Spot Bumpers Plus on this site and gave them a call. I described the damage to Robert and sent a few photos. Robert quoted the repair based on the photos and we arranged a date and time for him to come out. Robert arrived as scheduled and performed his magic on my truck. You would never know the dent ever existed. He matched the paint perfectly and even left some touch up paint. It was indeed a pleasant surprise when the price was less than the original quote! The passengers side door of my 2006 BMW 325i had been hit in a parking lot. All around the door handle and in the middle panel of the door was dented and scratched badly. On The Spot Bumpers Plus came to my home to do the repairs. It took about about 4 hours and my car looks BRAND NEW again-like nothing had ever happened! The paint matched perfectly! Called up Robert from On the Spot after a referral from one of my wifes friends after she had gotten into a minor rear-end collision and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I recieved from everyone at his company.The quality is top notch & what would have taken weeks to get done in other shops or the dealer only took days.He even buffed out my car on the drivers side after my wife drove thru some wet cement. The front bumper of my white SUV was sideswiped while I was in the grocery store, leaving deep black scratches. Two repair quotes were over $2k because they wanted to replace the entire bumper. On The Spot Bumper worked in my driveway for about 3 hours, masking, sanding, color matching and painting. I called Robert and a couple days later he was at my door ready to fix the scrape on my bumper. This guy is truly a master at his craft. The job he did was fantastic. Our teenager backed into our friend's rental car on our driveway. Both doors on the passenger side were dented and scratched pretty bad. I called Rob and he showed up next day at the time he told me. Robert just repaired the rear bumper of my 2011 Chevy Avalanche where i backed into the edge of a concrete enclosure and put a very large cut in the plastic bumper. The repair is very smooth and the painted area looks just like factory. I could not be happier AND the price was right. read more

With that being said, I am a picky person by nature. I hold places to a high standard. If I receive mediocre to average service, I don't usually bother writing a review about my experience. You typically have to really blow me away, one way or another. This is where Push N Pull comes in. My dumb ass tried to re-seat a spoiler using a trim tool. I caused several dings into my tail gate. I reached out to several local shops, including some I've used in the past. Their bids were pretty excessive and encroaching on a spot repaint or full respray of the panel. I remember reaching out to Michael (Push N Pull) about six month ago for a different job. I ultimately didn't go with him because of a personal recommendation for another shop. However, this time around, I thought I would shoot him a message and get his take. Michael was confident he could complete the work and his bid undercut competitors significantly. Michael arrived on-time, was extremely friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had. He quoted me a time-frame and completed the work in nearly half that! That expediency did not compromise the quality. He did a great job at repairing my moronic mistake. AND he did all this at an exceptional cost. For future PDR repairs, I will definitely give Michael a call.

After the issues I had with the original work, Dario reached out to me personally and asked me to bring the car back so they could take another look and rework the areas I wasn't happy with. I brought the Jaguar back, went over everything with them, and they took the time to address the concerns properly. They corrected the issues with the hood and paintwork, cleaned up the areas that had been missed, and made sure I had an opportunity to inspect the car before everything was finalized. What impressed me even more was that they didn't stop there. They went above and beyond and took care of several areas that weren't even part of the original work. They addressed additional imperfections around the car, repaired and refinished the mirrors, and put extra effort into getting the overall appearance of the car back where it should be. The difference is significant, and the finished result speaks for itself. I've attached updated photos showing how the car looks now. Mistakes can happen with any business. For me, the bigger question is what a company does when a customer isn't satisfied.
