First off, the selection of frames is amazing - and there was absolutely no upselling involved. Dory helped find the perfect frame for my (pretty gigantic) painting, and it was about 1/3rd of the cost that I was anticipating for a work of this size. Dory asked me if I had any deadline and I told her I didn't, but that I also am not the most patient person so sooner is always appreciated. I did NOT expect that sooner meant the very next day. Today I picked it up, it was wrapped carefully and in perfect condition. I gotta find more stuff to frame at this rate, these folks are just that good. The piece they completed in January is falling out of the frame. This piece, submitted to the Orange County Fair,was marked down to an honorable mention because the center of the needlework was loose. The second needlework had to be redone, as the lacing to the mounting board was loose, and the frame overlapped the needlework. I had to show them how to lace the needlework for tautness AND explain that the frame should NEVER cover the needlework. It took several extra months to get the reframe back. I have found a new framer.

Wendy and James were absolutely amazing. When I came to pick a frame I think James probably showed me half the frames in the store until I finally decided on two. My picture was actually done earlier than promised but when I picked it up there was a problem with the picture (totally my fault) and Wendy told me she could fix it by re-matting it but would have to charge me. I agreed and a week later my picture was done and I paid a very nominal fee for Wendy to re-mat it. They just took such an interest in me and my picture. I know when I have something special to frame again that I will always come here.
