The Service provided was outstanding. We used them to install a TV on our patio area and to hang a TV on the wall in our family room. They were prompt and very knowledgeable about what type of brackets to use for the television size and type of mounting base (brick wall) for outside and plaster for the inside mount. He showed up on time the work was great etc. he came to our place hung the tv but was unable for numerous reasons to hang the sound bar bury wires and cable box. Said he would be back tomorrow at 3. Never showed never called. Same thing tonight at 6? No response to any communication. The kicker to all of it? He took the check for the whole job and completed 10% of it. He provided a direct quote, an estimated arrival time frame and completed both of my tv mountings very efficiently (within the hour). Everything looked great when he finished. I provided my own mounts that came w stud finders for self installation. Mike bashed them calling them "worthless". When I went to retrieve them out of the packaging that he put away for me, I found that BOTH of them were missing. If they were that crappy why steal them? Mike was initially very attentive and came out immediately to install all wiring. However, when it came to actually installing the speakers and theater equipment, he took days to respond to my husband's calls and then couldn't commit to a day and time to complete installation. He eventually quite responding altogether. We ended up calling another company to finish the job he started and it ended up costing us more money because they weren't the original installers and had to search for the 15 speakers wires in the ceiling. Horrible experience recently. We reached out to have a new TV mounted as we originally used Mike and had no issues. Well we scheduled the appointment for a Monday late morning, and he never showed. I sent him a text message that morning to confirm the appointment and heard nothing back. I text him the next day and received no response. I called twice and he picked up on the second call. We rescheduled our appointment to next day after 5 PM and he never showed again. I text him that evening, called and left a voicemail, and STILL have had no response.
