I just wanted it replaced because it was old as a preventative measure. A lot of roofing companies were trying to tell me either because nothing was wrong with my roof, I should leave it or they were trying to take something that wasn't an issue and blow it up and they were being predatory. I worked with Artem during this process and he was incredibly thoughtful, informative, and patient with me. Due to some changes in my job, I had to travel more than usual and I wasn't able to make a decision on my roof as quickly as I would have hoped. Artem walked me through different options and looked across quotes I had gotten to help me arrive at the right option for my home. He was really honest and didn't try to upsell me anything, which was a huge relief. When it came time for roof day, Artem stopped by a few times to make sure everything was going ok. The team showed up when they were suppose to. they did the final check like they said and sent me pictures. I was a little worried after the roof was replaced that I would get random leaks but honestly it's been a few months and everything is A-ok. One of the most difficult lift home projects for myself has not been taken care of and it was an incredible and easy experience. I have already recommended Central to a few people in my neighborhood. This company does not honor promises they make in their contracts and gives custommers the run around. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE.

I felt like they kept forgetting about me. They didn't let me know what was going on with the windows they were ordering, either. 2) For 2 of the 3 appointments, they were more than an hour late, and didn't let me know that they were running or late or give me an estimated time of arrival. Really messed up my schedule. 3) The first time they ordered the window, they were not able to install it because the dimensions were wrong. Isn't measuring the dimensions of a window one of the fundamental skills of your job?

Roofing, Daniel, came out to my home and presented me with multiple options for new guttering, including color, size, and filtration systems to prevent my gutters from getting clogged, and subsequently having rain water, deluges of waterfalls in fact, spilling over my old guttering, that were previously encumbered with Gutter Helmet, which did not do what it was advertised to do.
