Here's what went down... Came in to buy lottery tickets and maybe a drink and when I present my cash she started swearing at me saying "you stupid Chinese always want to buy lottery buy never win." Then she said I was wasting her time and said the f-word multiple times about having to sell Chinese people tickets like this and Powerball. I said, "excuse me," and she muttered again how she doesn't want to sell me a ticket because she has "other things" to do. She took my money and handed me a ticket but said "go elsewhere" next time I want to buy a ticket and I was disgusted. I didn't even buy a drink. I let him know that no big deal he could just give me the price. He told me they were. The price that it was on the shelf. This was only five dollars and not a big deal according to the amount of money I was going to spend and would continue to spend at the store however he got rude and started talking down to me. He was unprofessional and demeaning. He told me that he could either sell me for the regular price or not to sell me at all. I let him know that I would buy it for the price, but it was bad business and then he just outright refused to do business with me at all. This guy didn't just miss a sale. He missed a long time Customer and all of the people I would've referred. I actually went in with a friend, a guy that would normally go there a lot and now neither one of us will ever go again. It was embarrassingly, bad Customer Service horrible experience and I recommend you take your business elsewhere. The selection might be good but the service and the management absolutely sucks. This is where Chrissa Imports comes in. They are the middleman in a beer supply chain. As a distributor, Chrissa is allowed to tell you where you can buy beer. And while you cannot get Chrissa to deliver beer to a store for you, you can nudge them, in tandem with a store, about that delivery. With any luck, after about one month of effort, you can get your hands on the beer you want. Since beer distribution is a monopoly and not directly concerned with customers, I am giving Chrissa four stars for helping me as much as they did.
