Not a ton of clothes options here but it's also not my favorite place to shop. A lot of the clothes are still marked too high. Some clothes, like cat and jack, are nearly the same price as buying new. So, I'd rather do that. The service has always been a hit or miss. Same attitude as what you see in the other reviews--they just don't seem to care. Only shop here if you are a masochist. I was appalled by what I witnessed in this store. The employee at the register was complaining about her job upset about needing to train someone new. She loudly complained about her boss to everyone in the store. As I walked in she was cursing at 2 young women who looked as if they were about to cry. One of them told me it was her first day and she had been verbally abused the whole time she'd been there. I suggested she leave. And then a woman walked in with some clothing to sell and the person at the register yelled at her! " I don't have time to look through your sh!t . I left. Had hoped to buy some things for my grandchildren. Will never step foot in their again. And neither should you. read more

Came at 1:30pm and was greeted with "we're done buying today. you can try tomorrow. maybe the next day after that." Won't be back. It's a huge mess, stuff all over the floor, very unsafe. read more

Would give a zero. We brought in 3 bins of clothing and multiple brand name outfits - some even with tags still on. They passed on everything and gave no explanation. Do not recommend to go here. Go to Kid to Kid in Eagan.... Way more worth your time read more

FYI: if you buy something for your child and try to return it at a different store, you'll be told that each store is individually owned and they won't return across stores. You'll ask where that is marked, on store signage or on the receipt, or anywhere, for that matter. You'll be told curtly that everyone knows this. Then you'll wonder what is even the point of it being a chain, and you will be right. read more

Saw a worker today say to a customer rudely "You want me to get in item from up high down for you AGAIN??!" Then she grabbed it for her and threw the walker on the ground and the toy fell off of it. She should find a new job. read more

Brand new baby Newborn &0-3 month. They said it's old and outdated.. it's brand new purchased 2022, I don't understand their old and out dated when they have holes and stains on the clothing they do have. Will NEVER stop and shop here the south metro stores are way better All my items are new without tags and without stains or holes read more

I went to this location at 9:30AM and was turned away and told that they do not open until 10:00AM on weekdays. Their store hours are listed as 9:30AM on their website and on Apple Maps. read more

I've been to three locations and at all three the employees look disgruntled and even worse, act disgruntled. Perhaps this company should invest in some customer service training. That or get these people a clown or something to make them at the least look like they want to be there. read more

My new favorite place to buy & sell! Kids grow fast & I feel good about bringing in items we no longer need & buying other items at a reduced price. They buy most items unless is very worn or stained. Don't expect to get a lot of money for what you bring but realize they also need to sell it at a reduced rate & be able to run a business & pay their employees. I plan to continue to do as much of my children's clothing & even toy shopping here moving forward. read more

Nobody in the store who works there were wearing masks. They have very little to choose from. The items that I was interested in were put on hold for one of the people who work there... the girls going through items brought in by people were talking poorly about the article of clothing. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this place. I don't see myself coming back. read more

I love this store! Every time I go in for a couple things and wind up with bags full. The cashiers have always been friendly when I've been in here compared to the Burnsville and Rochester locations. There's also WAY more selection here than Burnsville. My 8 and 10 yr old boys only want certain brands and this is where I go for that, then it's not so sad when thy lose sweatshirts every other week. read more

Would never go back. Two associates working and they acted like they had better things to do than help me. Had a bag full of baby clothes and two strollers. Was told a few of my clothes had stains on them. They took one item of clothing and that was it. Total for two strollers and an outfit 15 dollars. That's really sad. This was the first time there and I will never ever go back. read more

They buy most of what I bring to them, but in return, they have very little toddler boys stock. I'm talking about - 15ish shirts for 3t, and maybe a dozen pairs of shorts. It just really isn't worth the time to stop in. Toy selection is just meh. read more
