My first consultation was good so I refer my wife and now 2 of us attends the acupuncture session. She recently moved to a new office and I think it's bigger than previous one. We do our sessions every 2 weeks. Some pain are gone, others might need multiple sessions. We will still come back because it helps. However I was not pleased at the end because she neglected to tell me ahead of time in our communication emails that she only takes cash. I had an insurance copay of $15 and since I didn't have cash on me, I had to walk to the neighboring Grocery Outlet to use my debit card and get some cash back in order to pay her. Really wish she could have been more upfront about that or had any signs posted at the front lobby. I think she shares the space with some other doctors as I saw advertising and business cards on display for another doctor. The facilities were old and needed updating, but it was kept relatively clean. Not sure if I will be back or not, she didn't even try to reschedule me for another visit.
