DANGEROUS BUSINESS - PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. My boyfriend and I were looking for a Ram Promaster to renovate into a camper van. We're from the Midwest, and we were searching ALL across the United States for one that would be a good fit. We found one online, listed by One and Only Motors that seemed to be a good fit. On Google they had good reviews, so we called to inquire about it. At first they said in order to reserve it we'd have to put down a 50% deposit ($7,500). Since we were in Iowa at the time, they told us to wire it to them. We said we wouldn't have that money until our loan was approved, so they quickly changed the number to $1,500 instead. They said the deposit was completely refundable (we have emails from them saying so). We thought it was strange, but naively we trusted the reviews and sent them the deposit. Once our loan was approved, we drove 24 freaking hours from Iowa to Atlanta to pick it up. We showed up and everyone was really friendly to us. They showed us the van, and we asked if we could drive it to an auto shop to get it checked out. They said that was fine, so we did, and that's where everything went downhill. They'd lied about the year of the van, they'd tampered with the mileage, and they'd hidden that the transmission was completely shot. The repairs would be (at least) $10,000 just to make the van functional. We drove back to One and Only Motors feeling furious. We told them we didn't want the van and we wanted our deposit back - we just wanted to go home. They told us we couldn't have the money back. They said we could put it toward a different vehicle, but that was it. Essentially, they'd lied and stolen $1,500 from us. We were terrified, hopeless, and trapped. We were begging for our money back, but everyone there got very shady very fast. The man speaking to us was threatening, called me a b*tch and refused to return to us even a portion of the deposit. It was horrifying. We called the police and they arrived shortly to meet us in the parking lot. We filed a domestic dispute, and contacted our bank through which we'd wired them the money. Essentially, all we could do was go home and hope our bank would settle the issue. Thankfully, about two months later we received a call from One and Only Motors and found that our bank's lawyers had spoken to them and threatened a law suit. For that reason, One and Only Motors sent us our check in the mail and we got our money back. I don't think most of their customers are that lucky. They prey on low-income individuals who are looking for affordable vehicles, and instead of helping them, they scam them out of their money and put them in danger by selling them an unsafe and improperly advertised vehicle. DONT DO IT!!!! If I could rate them a negative 5 I would! Terrible place to go. They sold me a car that leaked gasoline and had transmission issues. I noticed both issues the day after I got the truck home . They offered to fix the gas tank at their mechanic shop. The mechanics patched a leaky gas tank !!! Can you imagine. Drove it home again SAME ISSUES. After going to their mechanic twice I decided to get if fixed myself before something bad happened. There is so much more to this horrible experience.The owners are trashy and talk to you with extreme disrespect. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here !!!!! read more

After a simple and pleasant transaction, my son has had to make three repairs on his car within five weeks, the latest one being for over $300 . In total, approximately $500 worth of work in a little over a month. Looks like the owner responded below and said something about putting diesel in the car. Not sure where he got that info; not true. Must be thinking about someone else. Update: 8/28/17. After replacing alternator and having leaking gaskets repaired, at a cost of $500, the car now needs a new mass air flow sensor. Update 9/8: Another $300 repair. Now up to $900. Car was purchased the third week of June. Update 9/21/17. Another $800. I think I can now safely refer to this car as a "lemon". Please note that it looked fine on the outside. Update December 11, 2017. 6 months since purchase. Another $800 repair. Car is in shop as I type. Mechanic said also needs brakes/rotors. Another $2-300. By my best estimate, at least $2,800 in repairs made for a $5,000 car. 12/31/17. New Years Eve update: Car completely stalled while my son was driving to work. No brakes, no power steering...Haven't even gotten it to the shop yet. Car is a piece of junk!!! P.S. BE WARY OF THE GLOWING REVIEWS ON THIS SITE. AT LEAST ONE WAS WRITTEN BY THE OWNER; MOST LIKELY MORE. Also, there were about 6 reviews when we purchased this car; now they seem to be coming out of the woodwork. ;) 1/7/18 Update. Car sitting in driveway inoperable because my son, a working college student, doesn't have another $900 to pay for repairs, after the $2,800 he's already spent. BEWARE!!! March, 2018 Update: Still sitting. Not running. Can't afford to throw more money away. $5,000 car ended up costing $8,000. Shop here at your own risk. Understand they simply bulk purchase cars from the auction and drop them off at a "lot" which is essentially a junk yard. They haven't done a single thing with the cars other than drop them off, no emissions, no detailing, no repairs, absolutely nothing. This isn't really a "dealership" this is a junk yard. If you still want to go, have it THOROUGHLY inspected (will cost you about $100) and understand what level of confusion you are purchasing. They offer a useless warranty if you leave a 5 star review on google that's why they have so many false high reviews on google. read more

Do not purchase from them! I bought a car from them 10/7/2019 and they failed to give me an Emissions test. When I called because I had not received my tags nor title the salesman Mannie informed me it was because I had not got the Emissions test done. When I inquired more about the test he informed me that I was responsible for the test. In the past I have only financed cars so I was unaware of the Emissions law in GA which states that the dealership is responsible for the test nor are they to sell a car without first making sure it passes the test.The car's check engine light came on, it stalled on me and I was stranded. It has been on a tow yard every since. I learned of the law two days ago and have been in communications with the owner who offered me a full refund if I returned the car. However, he doesn't feel as if they are responsible for the tow and storage charges. BS! They are selling lemons. They knew the car was no good that's why they didn't have the test done. After speaking with an Attorney I was advised not to pay the fees and to do a civil suit if they refuse to cooperate. When the owner learned of the fees of $1500 to get the vehicle he began cursing, called me bitches and whores and threatened my life. This place is a piece of garbage DO NOT take your money there. At this time I have filed a complaint with GA clean Air Force next I will be filing a complaint with GA. Used Car Dealer's Board about the sale and his conduct then on to the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection to file yet another claim. I contacted these guys by email after seeing a listing online. I got no response and called three times and no one answered the phone. Decided to stop by the location. I was told the car that I was interested in Was purchased a week and a half ago. So they showed me other comparable cars. As mentioned in a previous review the lot is just a junkyard. Every single one is filthy inside and out. So I decided to test drive one and as soon as we Came back, he said "By the way the car you wanted is available to purchase. Bought a car from ONE and ONLY MOTORS but did not recieve my license plate few days to the expiration to the temporary one. So i went to the tag office and they gave me an extension but i went to the dealership to ask what was wrong. When i got there they told me they made a mistake in my paper work so i had to sign those papers again.Now the extension i got from the tag office has expired and they wont give me another extension..Its been 3 months and i still dont have my tag..KASH isnt picking up my calls and i called the cops he told me he knows the laws and he knows what to tell the cops for them to walk awa..I had to drag them to Dekalb County Court before issue was resolved..Buy at your own risk read more

According to Cargurus and cars.com they have a decent rating but on YELP they are some BULL which is closer to the truth. So anyway, I purchased a car which clearly states on the website that you can return it with no questions asked within 7 days. Thank God I put it on a credit card. So long story short, I changed my mind. The salesman Ryan was so pleasant at first. Then he started talking ignorant saying he would get with the owner and see what they were going to do. He wouldn't return phone calls or texts. So Im guessing he is trying to wait until the 7 day return policy has lapsed. Think again. Do not purchase anything from them. They are scum. About two years ago I purchased a 2004 Acura MDX from them. They said that they just had a brand new transmission put in the car and it was done by the Acura Dealership on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. About two months later, the V-Tech solenoid sensor went out that controls the engine and transmission. I asked them to give me the name and phone number for the place that installed the transmission. The transmission work was done by Honda Parts Connection which is a junkyard in Buford, GA that also does mechanic work. The manager at the place told me that they installed a used transmission in the car that had 110,000 miles on it. Here I am two years later and the check engine light is on. After taking it to several mechanics, they all say that the transmission needs to be replaced. Did I say that I paid an extra $2,000 for the car because of the new transmission? Liars. Thieves.
