Friendly service. Spacious interior. Music is subtle, not overwhelming. One bite pitas took me 4 or 5 LOL They have free WiFi so if coffee shop next door is too busy, there's room here to work.

They have one of the best smoothies, I've had! You can put the smoothie in the fridge overnight and it wont separate, it still tastes good the next day! It's also so fresh tasting and not too sweet! The shawarma fries are so freaking good! The sauce they put on the fries is so addicting and zesty! the meat is cooked and seasoned perfectly! Definitely go try it! :)

This place is a hole-in-the-wall located in the Arabian Village. It is a Mediterranean eatery offering mini-pitas, falafels, smoothies, and more. I ordered the 4 bite chicken shawarma, and it was delicious! Their fries were fresh and tasty. The inside is cute, and the staff are super friendly!

**Restaurant Review: One Bite** I recently visited **One Bite**, and let me just say, they've taken their menu to a whole new level by adding pies. These aren't your ordinary pies--these are *out of this world* delicious. The **cheese pie** was an absolute dream. From the first bite, the cheese just melted in my mouth, perfectly gooey and flavorful. It was rich but not overpowering, with a crust so flaky and buttery it could easily steal the spotlight. Then came the **fajita pie**, and let me tell you, it was *crazy bussin'*. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, with tender, seasoned meat, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of spice. It's a pie that packs a punch and leaves you craving more. If I could, I'd give this place more than 5 stars--honestly, 5 stars don't do justice to how amazing these pies are. One Bite has truly outdone themselves--this addition to their menu is a total game-changer.

So light and healthy. Got the ginger shot and lemon/mint juice. The 6 piece falafel plate is super economical and quite the substantial meal.

Incredible! Just stopped in for a quick snack and got the One bite chicken shawarma. Will definitely be back soon

    Seating

Really nice spot for studying or even a cute date, the have smoothies and juices. The chicken shawarma is my favorite and their lemon mint juice is amazing! They're pretty new so there's not as many customers, but the service is good and the owner is really sweet! And it's halal!

Food is fresh and delicious. Shawarma, falafel top notch. The juices are fresh and refreshing. Highly recommend it, best falafel in Dallas!

Afrah is THE place to be for Mediterranean food - before Greenville Ave became Arab central, before there was anyone, there was Afrah. A beautiful, airy restaurant with gorgeous seating, a bustling dessert case, ice cream center and so many treats to offer under one roof. Afrah is to the Muslim community in Richardson as a glove is to a hand. It truly is a one stop shop for all your nostalgic cravings, and it would be a grave injustice on my part if I didn't stop by here and sing praise to one of the most loved Mediterranean restaurants in the DFW area. We visited here recently for an iftar buffet experience and were very very happy with the food we got. The buffet line was running smoothly, from staff working diligently to hand everyone a tray with napkins, plates and cutlery already set for you. Waiters were going around the massive dining hall clearing plates, making sure everyone had what they needed, seating patrons and asking if everything tasted good. This establishment runs like a literal well oiled machine and I am so impressed. The food was as always out of this world. Carefully prepared menu that satisfies everyone's taste buds. A good selection of classic cold appetizers like the baba ghanoush, hummus, and variety of salads. Always including something unique for a typical Middle Eastern flare. Hot lentil soup available with bowls carefully placed in the vicinity. So many different types of kebabs and freshly made hot pita bread being replaced like clockwork. The buffet had many of my favorite classics like Shawarma meat, beef kebab, chicken kebab. Lamb, chicken stew, baked chicken, everything was present in abundance. They even had salmon which I deeply appreciated as a seafood lover. My only complaint is the food wasn't hot enough which can be annoying with a buffet that is serving so many people during a busy time like Ramadan. Everything tasted absolutely phenomenal and when I returned for dessert, I was greeted with six different types of sweets from all over the world. That's the thing about this place. There's always something for everybody. The dining hall was bustling with not just Muslim patrons, but also a lot of American white patrons who equally enjoy the food here as much as we do. Inclusions of dishes like shrimp pasta, fried fish, chocolate mousse, and other fan favorites is a humble nod to non-Arab customers who love to frequent this place as much as we do. If you are looking for a quality Mediterranean experience look no further than this long-standing Mediterranean Haven. Thank you for nourishing the community.

There wasn't really any service to speak of since its buffet style. The ambiance was a pretty typical cafetera style restaurant. Overall, it was decent food, but I would not seek out to return here to eat. It was nice for a work event and very convenient. We were accommodated well.

The sauces are amazing - tzatziki, hummus, baba ghanoush, and more. I personally love the chicken cooked in a yogurt sauce, roasted cauliflower, and chickpea moussaka as my top standouts, but truly there are too many delicious things to name. I love how many chicken options there are as someone who isn't crazy about beef or pork. There is also falafel and plenty of beans for your vegan/ vegetarian friends. There were markers for allergies / preferences on the labels, but I didn't attend too closely as I don't have dietary restrictions. They have tasty rice pudding topped with pistachios and fresh fruit as something sweet to pair with your meal. I enjoy the lentil soup for dipping pita bread in. All you can eat buffets are always the best for getting to try everything and making everyone in your party happy. It's a bit on the expensive side (around $25 per person before tip), but it's totally worth it for special occasions. Within the last year they've redone the seating inside, but the food quality has stood the test of time!

So he said it was over $84 for three people. I complained a little to him about it and went on, THEN my wife heard the lady next to my male cashier charge someone the $25 flat with no tax!!!! I of course went and asked her WHY???? She said because the other guy paid with cash.... There is not tax!!!! I said you mean a credit card fee right?? She said NO.... If you pay cash there is no tax!!!!! I'd like the Great State of Texas to look into this one. I bet the comptroller would like to know about this!!! TBH, I really don't think the other guy probably even paid cash. It felt like a hate on whitey move to me. THIS PLACE IS SHADY.

Steak kabobs are made with filet mignon cuts! The grill makes lots of specials like Lamb Loin and Wagyu beef. The deserts are made in house and they even make a baklava with cheese called warbat. This was a fabulous adventure! We took a few hours to visit Sarahs Market and ate lunch at their S Grill. The market is very small, but every inch of its space is very special. First, we found our way to the back corner and sat at a tiny countertop with only 4 chairs. The counter faces an open top grill, and you're able to talk/ watch the chefs make the food. The menu is limited and pricey! We ordered one steak kabob ($26.00). The steak was served medium rare, very juicy, on top of a long rice (similar to rice pasta), and it was coated in a delicious seasoning completely unfamiliar to us. It came with roasted tomatoes & purple onion. You can select from several sides, we picked the hummus. It was a huge portion, enough for 2 people. The chef was so pleased to have us and was very impressed that we were there to learn. He gave us many "generous" sized samples of the sides and sauces they offered. Everything was made in-house, from scratch with fresh ingredients from their grocery store. It was a wonderful experience! The bakery aspect of this location is a small glass display case full of sweets, like macaroons, cheesecake baklava, and more. Most of them were new to us. The pastry chef gave us a few samples that had us buying a bunch to take home, lol. We strolled through the grocery store part of the market before leaving and bought a few items we already enjoyed. The difference was buying things that are made in-house, like pita bread. You can definitely see, smell, and taste the difference. A FIVE STAR review for their authenticity, hospitality, and delicious fresh food. If you're in the area you've got to try the Grilled Kabobs.
