I have been craving a solid Mediterranean style breakfast, but since we are visiting from LA I didn't know where to go. I saw this place and I suspected it would be good. I was kinda wrong. It's FABULOUS. Maybe it's the craving talking or maybe it was the fire shakshuka. I regret we ate everything before taking pictures because *chefs kiss* I'll think about that Syrian waffle often when I'm home. The service was excellent and they helped us find some food my baby could eat as well. Coffee was delicious btw! You can't go wrong eating here. I vote 10/10 on this location. I hope the restaurant sees this, I loooove the food here and want the restaurant to succeed. The food is excellent!!!! We have been 3 times now, it's always delicious. However, this restaurant is painfully understaffed and the staff present are woefully inexperienced. They simply don't have enough wait staff for the volume of patrons and the staff is very young. This leads to painfully long wait times and forgotten and incorrect orders. Zero attempt to fix mistakes- I think the staff are just too inexperienced. It doesn't appear there is any management on site. Please sort this out- we love your food. We love that it's local and we want to tell everyone we know to come eat here. (Also, for a sit down restaurant can you please provide spoons instead of coffee shop stirrers ) read more

Food was excellent! Fresh and homemade! Portion sizes were very generous! Service was exemplary! Everyone was friendly, helpful and our table was checked on and refills were provided for our beverages multiple times! I would suggest possibly cutting the Pita into quarters or eighths just so you can leave the portion you're not currently eating still in the wrapper to keep warm or so that it's easier for individuals to share but otherwise fantastic! This was our first time at this new Plano restaurant. I selected this eatery for my birthday brunch. We were pleasantly greeted immediately as we walked into the restaurant and given a choice of a booth or regular seating. Then we were welcomed by the server. We ordered. The wait was worth it. The food came out hot with generous portions. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant has a clean appearance, good noise level with a very pleasant and respectful staff. Met a friend here for a Sunday breakfast. The place is large and clean, the tables and chairs are stylish and comfy! We spoke with the owner a good bit who is just lovely. His son waited on us which we didn't learn until later it was family! He was upbeat and so pleasant. We ordered the Shakshuka and the Sampler plate. Everything is absolutely delicious and certainly tastes homemade. The falafel is tasty and some of the best I've had. We tried four of the dips and each were incredible. I have been searching for ShakShouka and finally found a good place that serves it on the menu at a reasonable price. It is authentic Middle Eastern fare/menu. The service was quick friendly and very attentive. It is a fairly new establishment with new furnishing. Typical middle eastern they did not offer western spoons in the utensils provided. Had to stir coffee with wooden stick but after living in Saudi for 17 years it was not a shocker. Very clean and food was great. Would return to try their other selections. This is a really cute place to catch up with friends, have a small meeting, or to go and work . It is very spacious, the servers were delightful, and food and coffee were great! The vegan option that I noticed on the menu was the dip plate with hummus, muhamarra, and babaganoush. It came with regular toast, and I think it would be great with pita, but it was tasty and fresh. One of the best halal breakfasts I have ever had. I ordered chicken fajita omelet with double Labneh on the side. Omelets was perfectly cooked with generous portions of chicken fajita in the middle and sprinkled above. I have struggled to find a halal breakfast place in Dallas that opens early in the morning. A new restaurant opened where Soup & Salad used to be behind Chipotle off 75. It's called Aroma Breakfast & Lunch. I could not find a page for the on the app. We were so excited to try and support this new family owned business today. We've been in the neighborhood more than 25 years. When we arrived for brunch around 10 am. They had a pretty full house but no wait. The remodel was beautiful and the chairs looked comfortable. Nevertheless, we stood by the doors for more than 7 minutes with at least 3 of waitstaff staring and making eye contact from the back counter. Still no one greeted or acknowledged us. Finally, a few minutes later we were sat. It's been more than 10 minutes total and no water or coffee offered. We were given menus and never saw a server again. Another two top came in after us, was sat and received drinks but still not us. No one had even walked by so that we could be like hey can we get some coffee. The table of four got up to leave and still no one came to the table. 17 minutes in I looked at my husband and said let's go. We were completely ignored. Amazing service, food and ambiance. It's 100% halal and that's a huge plus for us. We ordered the following items from the menu and everything was prepared fresh and was delicious: - Western Omelette (with a side of pancake and hash browns) - Meat Lovers Omelette (with a side of pancake and house potatoes) - Kids Banana Nutella Pancake (they were kind enough to accommodate our request to substitute bananas for strawberries) - Classic Waffle (with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon) We all loved our food. Loved this place! Aroma is going to be our new go to brunch place! The selection was great with traditional American to Mediterranean breakfast. My vegan friend had no problem finding something on the menu and the servers were so friendly and accommodating. We'd been looking for a good family owner brunch spot and this hit the spot! It was so convenient to get to from all over as it's right off 75 near George Bush! It was so quiet while we were there I will be disappointed when it gets busy, but the restaurant definitely deserves it. Oh and the chairs were so comfortable! Some places the hash browns are lacking in taste - but not here. We ordered them crispy and they were crispy and delicious.
