We arrived about 15 minutes early for the appointment and understood we needed to come back, so the three of us my daughter, my sister-in-law, and I walked to a nearby coffee shop to get some tea while we waited for my sister, my niece, and one of her bridesmaids, Sam. When we all got back and walked in, we were greeted by Hailey. She was so bubbly and genuinely excited to help my daughter find the dress. She was incredibly sweet and spoke to my daughter, Anyssa, in such a sincere and warm way that it immediately made her feel comfortable. Since I work in customer service myself, I can easily recognize when someone goes above and beyond and Hailey absolutely did. My sister and everyone with us agreed. Hailey, you are in the right job. God truly placed you exactly where you're meant to be right now. It was clear that you weren't doing this for the commission or for what you might gain from the sale. You were doing it because you understood what this moment meant to my daughter. That meant everything to us. I would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for their wedding dress not just because of the bridal shop, but because of you. I truly hope you are recognized for the amazing job you do. I work in the event industry and I have actually found Blush Bridal Couture (BBC) because I am a lover of Miss Hayley Paige. I searched on her website to find a local boutique. Being the adamant and passionate person that I am -- I emailed BBC and Amy was the one who was super helpful. She made me so excited for my first bridal dress shopping and filled me in with some great news. There was a Hayley Paige (HP) truck show at BBC and I totally made my dress shopping date around that weekend. Bonus is there was a discount that was applied to purchases made! When the day finally came to try on HP dresses, I had my heart set on my #1 choice. It was great, beautiful, whimsical, and I felt like a pretty princess... but it was my Maid of Honor who was there with me that brought another one of her dresses to my attention. Apparently there was a mishap between the trunk show dates being mixed up and BBC extended their trunk show weekend and I went back a second time to try on more HP dresses as well my original #1 choice and the second dress that stole my heart. Lo and behold!! I ended up choosing the one that my MOH picked off the rack and it was so me!! It was perfect! I felt gorgeous, elegant, timeless, and sexy (which by the way, I have never felt sexy lol). Major thank you for Hailey for both the days I was there in-person at the boutique and a huge e-thank you to Amy who assisted virtually. I brought my mom and best friend. We all sat down and she asked what I want to look and feel like in my dress, if I have an idea of what I want (shape, fabric, color, etc), if I've tried any dresses on already, and my price range. We got to browse and point out any dresses for Erin to pull while she went all around pulling any dress she thought I might like. Erin clipped me in so well that I didn't have to tug and adjust the dress while seeing how I liked it. For each dress I got to walk out to the pedestal and check myself out in the mirror and lighting. For each dress, she asked how I felt in it, what I liked, what I didn't like, what I would change... and this all helped her narrow down which dresses to try on or others to grab to add to the list. I got to try different veils (which I didn't know I wanted and it totally completed the look, so now I'm getting a veil) and even go to different lighting to see what natural lighting would look like on the sparkles too. When I found the dress, I got to participate in the Mon Amie tradition of making a wish for myself, my fiancé, and my marriage, then ring the bell and celebrate! Measurements were taken and a detailed contract was written up with pricing and a quote for alterations. Parking was easy & there is a bathroom in the back! There was a ginormous selection of dresses of all fits, fabrics, and styles.

She even pulled dresses I wouldn't have chosen myself, one of which became my dress. The hospitality, including sparkling wine and a beautiful try-on space, made it a truly special experience. Unfortunately, my presentation appointment this past weekend was very different. I invited my maid of honor and future mother-in-law since it was just my mom and I during my initial dress shopping appointment. I expected a similar, celebratory moment, but it felt more like a quick errand. We were placed in a small back room, the appointment felt rushed, and there was little of the hospitality I experienced before. The biggest issue was trying on my dress. It didn't fit, which was stressful and disappointing, but obviously no one's fault. That said, I wish the staff had taken a more discreet and thoughtful approach, like adjusting or clipping the dress before bringing my guests in. Instead, my guests were brought in while the dress was visibly unfastened, and the conversation focused on fit issues. I was also asked about my weight in front of everyone, which felt uncomfortable and could have been handled more privately. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially compared to such a strong first impression. I still love my dress and hope this was just a one-off, and that the alterations process will be more positive. I'd just recommend managing expectations and not treating the presentation appointment as a special occasion for guests.

They offered champagne and water. They were positive, professional, and kind and I recommend you buy your wedding dress here. They didn't try to upsell me and prices are transparent on their website. You save a little if you buy from the store.

They also offer alterations at similar pricing to my usual tailor (who charges fairly) - I did get a discount since a shipping delay resulted in my dress coming late which I greatly appreciated! The seamstress who worked on my dress was super sweet and experienced - the hem was perfect, the bodice fit so well I never worried about having to adjust my dress despite it being off-the-shoulder, and the American bustle held up super well (even me jumping around the dance floor couldn't do any damage). Their hours were a little unclear online and I had to wait a couple days for a response at times (usually because they were still waiting on something), but overall a wonderful experience!

Additionally, I ordered my veil through the boutique and had scheduled an appointment for alterations and veil pickup. However, there appeared to be a miscommunication regarding the pickup, as it was not properly noted and the veil was nearly shipped instead. I had also specifically asked to try on dresses with sleeves during my appointment and was never brought a single option. Overall, this was not the experience I had hoped for from a bridal boutique of this caliber. ***** My wedding was over two hours away from the store, and waiting for your seamstress would have meant missing my ceremony. When paying a premium price, brides should not have to deal with last-minute issues like a dress strap coming apart minutes before walking down the aisle. Thankfully, one of my bridesmaids was able to sew the strap so I could still wear my dress. Regarding the veil, I specifically called after being notified it had arrived to explain that I had an alterations appointment and wanted to pick it up then, which your team confirmed. I later received communication referencing shipment, so I had to follow up again by phone and email to make sure it would not be shipped. Had it been sent out, I would not have had my veil for my wedding either. While I appreciate the refund for alterations, the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been for such an important day. Future brides should be aware of the risks and added stress this location may bring leading up to their wedding.

We started off by browsing the store and picking a few dresses, and Huong also recommended a few as well based on my vision. My mom and sister had fun being able to go through the selection and suggest some dresses. I came in knowing I wanted to try on a specific dress and Huong made sure to find it for me! Throughout the whole process I felt so comfortable and supported by Huong. I just want to thank her for being so patient and kind to me. She helped me get in to each dress and never made me feel like I was a bother even though we tried on so many dresses! And she even saved the dress I came in to try on for last, just so that I could be sure that there wasn't something unexpected that I ended up liking. When I finally did try on the one, I felt so relieved that I finally found my dress! Also side note, this was actually a rescheduled appointment because I had a family emergency happen the day before my first appointment, but they were so kind, understanding, and even remembered it the day of my rescheduled appointment weeks later. That meant so much to me! I had a great experience dress shopping here and can't wait to receive my dress when it arrives later this year!

They don't offer water, tea, etc., nothing to drink, while all 4 other salons would offer water or a soda at a minimum. I had one other appointment earlier in the day, which I ultimately went back to to purchase my dress, despite Jaclyn's also carrying my dress. Jaclyn's price was $700 more for the exact same dress, but even if it had been the same price, I wouldn't have purchased from here based on the service. I get the feeling that the service would be better if you were walking in here with a very large budget. Just an underwhelming experience.
