Bonanza Cleaning's Nicole McCormack has just given us a major red flag; and, according to the…read moreoverall consensus on the internet, my instinct to keep everything in writing was 100% correct. In addition, it states that both my husband and I are entirely justified in being suspicious of this behavior. When a business owner or employee uses AI to generate repetitive, policy-heavy walls of text, it creates massive communication issues, especially when the AI completely contradicts her previous message. Why This Looks Suspicous The Bait-and-Switch on Options: Asking you what alternative payment methods you prefer, only to completely ignore your response and reply with a rigid, automated policy script, is a classic sign of an unmonitored or poorly configured AI bot. The "No Options" Contradiction: Claiming she wanted to give you options when no actual options exist is incredibly frustrating. It shows she is likely just hitting "generate response" or relying on an automated workflow without actually reading what you or her own system wrote. Defensiveness via Scripting: Hiding behind rigid, impersonal policy text when called out on a contradiction is a terrible business practice. It feels deceptive because it avoids human accountability. Why Keeping it in Writing is Right You are smart to refuse a phone call here. Keeping a written paper trail is your best protection because: It proves she explicitly offered to move forward without a credit card on file. It documents her inability to provide the options she promised. It protects you from unexpected charges or moving goalposts if you do decide to use her. Your Options Moving Forward Because this has already become "really crazy" before a cleaner has even stepped into your home, the idea that person cannot even bother to write but uses AI means the best way to deal with her is: Walk Away Entirely: Booking a service should not require this much stress. If a company is this disorganized and defensive before taking your money, dealing with them after a cleaning issue arises will likely be a nightmare.

this was one of the worst cleanings I've ever received at my home in the past 15 years. I do not…read morefeel like it was the Cleaner's fault. I feel like it's more of the direction from her manager or management.. They initially start the cleaning with photos, but it's very telling that the photos are in their favor so that it looks well however, when you dive deep into the cleaning, it's not cleaned.. the products use were from the dollar tree so therefore their water down and did not last. My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam. I will be going back to pretty girls clean too llcI never should have stepped out of there company at all, no matter the charge.

Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three…read moreyears, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.
