The place I go to end the disappointment of other cafes. Having recently returned from a weekend in Las Vegas, where two different non-franchise cafes couldn't even manage basic competence at a simple mocha, this was the place I knew could rinse away the literal bad taste left in the mouth. Having been a frequent patron for almost two years, this is the place that isn't just an alternative to Starbucks in my small-ish town, but a great place in its own right. The best mochas I've ever had, one of the best vanilla coffees ever ordered, and a super friendly atmosphere at all times from customers and staff alike. My one complaint is the sometimes spotty wi-fi, which could use a troubleshooting or an upgrade. Regardless, I've traded in three and four-times-weekly trips to the aforementioned franchise place for one or two times a week visit here, on account of the better all-around experience. read more

Espresso is sour and ruins the lattes I actually threw mine away after leaving because I didn't want to be rude when the staff was so sweet and the muffin was so good. I won't be going back. I drink espresso on a daily basis and have yet to find a place in hanford where it isn't sour when served plain since it's supposed to be bitter. I don't know why it took me so long to write a review about this place! I'm really glad we have one eleven, I'm from lemoore and rather drive to Hanford then get coffee from lemoore. The customer service is honestly the best customer service ever. They make you feel so welcomed and talk to you like you've been friends forever, the nicest people ever work here!! My favorite drink at the moment is the Matcha Lavender Soy Latte, honestly the only thing I get here now! Mia makes the best ones! Coffee is good. Usually good customer service. Got attitude from a male batista when ordering a lemonade, then asked me okay but where do you see it... I was like I didn't look but do you have it if not it's fine. Today I decided to treat a friend/coworker to some coffee from One-Eleven. After trying One-eleven once before and having a subpar experience, I can happily say that today a certain individual changed that for me. I ordered a tea which I have never tried before and I accidentally had it made with sugar free sweetener .... I had a feeling I wasn't going to care for the sugar free aftertaste but I figured it shouldn't be that noticeable. Boy was I wrong. After my shift, I went to One-eleven to see if it was possible to get the drink remade without the sugar free sweetener and Belle was so sweet and caring about it. She fixed me a new drink right away and even gave me a larger size because I "had waited all morning". Belle was so nurturing and genuine, I wished I could spend all day chatting with her. I greatly appreciate employees like this, as they make it feel as if they aren't at work, but are cultivating an environment of warmth and togetherness. Very happy to have a coffee spot like this in Hanford now! I always enjoy coming here and I love the creativity of their drinks and the environment. Its definitely a great treat and so nice to have yummy, quality coffee/tea drinks. The cashiers and baristas are pleasant and there is a good customer rewards program offered. They do a good job of keeping things fun with their specials posted through Instagram and also the community involvement with local music and art nights. I will say some of the baristas tend to have stronger drink crafting skills than others, but considering this is still a young business I'm hoping that will continue to improve. I've never had a really bad drink here though. I'm definitely a fan of One Eleven and I'm happy to support this small business. I hope to see more of these types of businesses grow in hanford. read more

You know those impromptu moments when you are at any given location, and the love in the room is contagious? Complete strangers, but both staff and patrons alike in total harmony, singing or humming the chorus to "Total Eclipse of the Heart." I live for moments like that. I had a good feeling I would like this cafe based on the reviews, I had no idea I would fall in love with it. Unfortunately, I did not get to stay as long as I would have liked to, easily could have spent a lazy Saturday afternoon here, but my mom and I had come on the train from Fresno and had to catch it back. In only about 15 or 20 minutes, I was able to get a glimpse into a great place in downtown Hanford. I had to try the cafe horchata and it was fantastic. My mom got the cold brew and she equally enjoyed it. The staff was so pleasant it really just made the stop in that much more enjoyable. We intend to return. Boyfriend had an Americano. He said it was good, not acidic like how Starbucks makes their coffee. It had a great smell to it too. I had a "Downtown Hanford" which was Black Tea. Even if it was a cold day I had to have it Iced. Very delicious and not over steeped like some places make it. Would definitely come back here if I needed something warm along with a quick phone charge. Though probably wouldn't stay too long. The space is small enough that loud voices bounce off the walls, so not too relaxing when a couple of people are speaking at full volume. I was in town visiting my family and my aunt took me to this coffeeshop. It's now safe to say I'm obsessed with their coffee. It was so good that I had to visit three days in a row. I ordered the iced latte with hazelnut syrup and it's now my favorite hazelnut latte! They make their own syrups in house and they taste so much better than the artificial syrups used at chain coffee shops. I could even taste the little bits of hazelnut at the bottom of my cup, which is such a nice touch! The barista, Richard, was also very nice! And to make it even better, I love that it's owned by an awesome local church I got to visit as well. I highly recommend this coffee if you are in Hanford, CA! read more

Wow. I live in Los Angeles, I've been to coffee shops literally all over the world, and hidden in this small town Hanford that might as well as be in middle America is this GEM of a coffee shop. I'm not a fan of the word 'artisan' but they really are making art. They make all their own syrups, they have really cool art, the menu is brilliant and huge, they have nitro coffee which is brewed like beer, and the people who work there are just rad.
