I am so glad I discovered this gem of a thrift store. I love thrifting and I just moved to the Kitsap area 4 months ago. I have been on a hunt for the best prices and items selection in the area and this thrift store exceeded my expectations. Everything is priced at an affordable price and if you take the time to look in every nook and cranny, you will find a lot of neat stuff. My sister is having a baby next year and I have purchased so much baby clothes for her from here. The clothes were in good condition and $1.99 each (might've been $2.99, can't remember) and they were vintage and cute! I can't wait for my little niece to wear them. The employees are super kind and friendly. I wish the store building would be bigger but other than that, no complaints. One Less Orphan is a very tidy, well-merchandised second hand / thrift store in the shopping center where Albertson's is, just off Mile Hill road. They've been here quite some time and we've been meaning to stop in to see what they are all about so we popped in today after lunch. VERY nicely merchandised store, as such stores go, with a pretty broad selection of stuff for sale at good prices. Housewares, games, electronics, sporting goods, nick-nacks, mens', womens', and childrens' clothing, etc. - all nicely arranged and visible. The store is bright and clean and easy to maneuver for the most part. It's very quiet - could use for some gentle background music They do accept donations but according to their website, it's by appointment only (back of the building) and they do not provide tax deduction receipts. Just in case anyone would want to know - it's all on their web site. But it's a nice store - we bought a few things at what we thought were pretty good prices. read more

Visited in May, last time I was in Port Orchard. Good prices in the books section, which is what I usually check at thrift stores. The quality of books was better than most thrift stores I've been to. They also have textbooks! There is also a great selection of both new and used children's toys, and they have a play area, so it's much easier to bring along kids. I will be returning again next time I'm in the area! read more

Just visited this thrift shop today for the first time. The staff was super friendly. Store is organized nicely and has a lot of fun things to browse. I would say their book department is bigger than many. The women's clothing seemed rather sparse-not a whole lot appealed to me. Tons of baby things, a nice housewares section and a gift area with new Melissa and Doug toys. There is also a play area for kids to hang out in while you shop plus a coffee station which I thought very hospitable. read more

We just moved to Port Orchard a week ago and I found this very nice thrift store that was super clean, nice assortment of goods, and very helpful with the furniture piece I selected. Good prices, too. I also prefer to support benefit shops that are passionate about their charity and these folks help families who want to adopt or need assistance for medical interventions.
