Peggi is very patient with all of my questions about what treatment she is going to do, how will it effect my skin, will there be any extra sensitivity, and I have never felt pressured to do any treatment I was not totally ready to try. She has a very soothing & gently method which I really appreciate, but she also is very adept at dealing with difficult blemishes without a lot of pain (something that I have struggled with at other spas). The difference in my skin over the last several years is really amazing. I feel like I'm really doing everthing I can to take care of my skin with Dr. Franzia & Peggi's help. I really like that Dr. Franzia puts so much effort into having the most up to date tools available...and does a really nice job of providing opportunities for her clients to learn more about the different treatment options available. It took a good 10 minutes on the phone before we could reschedule an appointment. It sounds like they're getting a lot of business and are super busy - here's a tip - hire more people to work those hours. This place can easily be passed up since it's dark and sorta in a strip mall without any signs outside. Compared to other laser centers, they come with a good guarantee but the price definitely shows - it's more expensive than other places and as for the results, same as other places.
