Once I found out she was working for this salon, I immediately made an appointment for a root touch-up (I ended up making a second one later on for a haircut). Sue and I go way back. Both of us worked at Ulta together a few years ago and she was my hair stylist. Once quitting from that job, I could no longer afford the prices of the Ulta salon, so unfortunately I had to go somewhere else for services. Anyways, once I found out where she worked, I made an appointment right away. When I did a root touch-up and a haircut by her, I got many compliments. Sue is a hard-worker, honest, fast, and very nice. If I have any questions or don't like a particular thing about whatever service was provided to me, I can always communicate to Sue. Right before the wedding, I decided to invest in this. So far, it's a decent experience. The staff is a hit or miss - sometimes, they're friendly and helpful and seem to know what they're doing. Or they're a bit unorganized and not very helpful at all. The most frustrating thing with them is their appointment system. It took a good 10 minutes on the phone before we could reschedule an appointment. It sounds like they're getting a lot of business and are super busy - here's a tip - hire more people to work those hours. This place can easily be passed up since it's dark and sorta in a strip mall without any signs outside. Compared to other laser centers, they come with a good guarantee but the price definitely shows - it's more expensive than other places and as for the results, same as other places.
